There isn't any, because Gai cannot elude Sharingan in 7th gate. It's a poorly crafted fanfiction. Heck, Kisame observed and reacted comfortably to his 7th Gate strike speed.

Now your just in denial, recent scans has absolutely trashed your logic and Gai was fast enough to get at most a meters length from Marara. Its quite clear 7 Gates increased his speed. Even Gaara said his movements arent human. Kisame Barely reacted LOOL what are you high??
