It's gonna be Hidan and Kakuzu with Huge difficulty. No matter how strong both Kakashi and Gai are, the Zombie combo only needs their blood to end the fight quickly.

Ok...if they have no information on each other, Kakuzu and Hidan win with mid difficulty(due to Hidan easily taking down one using blood)
On the other hand, i believe that if they knew about each others ability, Kakashi and Gai would win with HUGE difficulty. This is due to Hidan no longer being much of a threat.
