Perfect SM isn't a handout. You actually have to train and learn sage mode like any other jutsus. The rest of the stuff you mentioned are KKG though, so you are correct with those.

When you look at Hiruzen and Gai they basically got their powers with no hand outs, their powers are natural in every sense of the word, on the other hand Senju, Uchiha and all Otsutsuki descendants got their powers from Kaguya.



You can't consider Sasuke and Hashirama's power as human because their powers are Otsutsuki by nature, therefore Gai and Hiruzen in his prime are the strongest humans we know of in NV history.

Sage Mode is a tecnic. Pa said you only need high chakra level, not that you need to be an alien to master it. Six Path Sage Mode is just Sage from the power of the Juubi. Automatically you gain it.
