Yeah,ninja kill.But They don't kill just because they want to or feel like it. They usually have missions which have goals. Killing needlessly is different. We are not talking about their jobs here,we are talking about what they did without good reason or cause. :sy:​

Although you make a semi-decent point. I have to disagree with one aspect. They are not crimes when they kill as part of a mission or as self defence.

The times where they have killed needlessly are the times I am talking about. I mean their crimes. Like Sasuke joining a wanted group,or attacking the Gokage etc...these things will require punishment.

It's basically about who you think has done more evil and who should or should not be pardoned.

I agree that it's harder to see things as wrong and right when killing is part of the job.

Thanks. I know what you mean by they should both be shown mercy,but mercy and a pardon are two different things.

One takes compassion and doesn't punish needlessly or at least takes a softer punishment. The other lets it all go and allows the person to walk free.

Gaara had Shikaku to influance him...
Sasuke has Tobi... Orochimaru before him...

They both killed with no good reason...

Gaara has regreted... Sasuke might have a change of heart...

So, untill Sasuke's last scene, I can't really tell if Gaara is better, but they certainly commited simular crimes... If Sasuke does not regret, Gaara will be proven better, since he regreted his crimes...

There are to many parties Involved tho Unlike the The garra arc Where it was just the Hidden sand And leaf they both wanted to avoid a war and settled to and agreement But unlike that time there are to many parties involved this time he may be forgiven by 1 or 2 villages but I cant see someone like the raikage who was going to sacrifice himself to kill sasuke agreeing to pardon sasuke . if the leaf where to forgive sasuke then it would be a war i highly doubt that someone like the raikage will accept it the 5 kage and the head Samurai Came to a decision He is wanted internationally if i committed a serious murder in the usa and then went to mexico the Mexican government would either give me back to the usa or kill me themselves They wouldn't risk there whole country's integrity for just 1 mindless american criminal.sasuke attacked the 5 kage and there subordinates and killed and attacked samurai There are to many parties involved in this he may be forgiven by 1 or 2 but all the kage decided they should kill or capture sasuke And they even nearly succeeded if it wasn't for tobi Interfering. If the hidden leaf forgive sasuke then they are going against the summits orders the other 4 kage and head samurai will have no choice but to attack the leaf for aiding a criminal And they wont agree to peace for the sake of avoiding war for there is already a war.

Kidnapped/or attempted to Bee which is big deal. Betrayed his team-mates,both Konoha & Taka/Hebi-which is akin to going awol. He is one of the main players in allowing the start of the 4th world war.

Sasuke's different from this, this isnt the normal world where people can imprison you for killing animals, in the shinobi world killing is taught to people when they are 6 years old(Kakashi and Yamato), they torture people as well. It may be taught but it isn't encouraged in the same way that say,skateboarding or playing outside is encouraged.

They learn about it because they are going to become ninja. Those who do not go to ninja academy though, do not learn about these things and there are the same laws in place to protect non-ninja civilians.

The 5 kage all agreed that sasuke is a criminal who is wanted .

The problem can be solved by getting rid of Sasuke.

Sasuke acted for his own reasons and not for the sake of his friends,family or village. If any Kage's in the past started wars,then it would be to preserve the power balance or because they thought they had good reason.

Yet again though,in war both sides lose and would prefer a peaceful treaty than the eradication of one people.

Sasuke is one person and getting rid of him is the easiest and best option.

This is Kishi's Manga so whatever he wants to happen Happens but i just cant see him not being creative enough and doing that its to cheap,
Kishi hasn't really given us cheap answers and conclusions i don't see why the finale of his 12 year running manga ( Please correct me if im wrong with how many years its been going for ) Would just be They lived Happily ever after the end and leave soo may plot holes open . His got something Big planned for it if anything this is when he will be the most creative to end his Manga with a bang not a silly happy ending with everyone holding hands running in a meadow full of Flowers . And a huge mass of fans Making threads saying how he ruined his manga
