lighting pierces gaaras sand with ease so raikage will kill him, and we all know gaara cant handle speed

Raikage speed is on par with minato the raikage would overwhelme gaara just like Sasuke and Lee in the old dayz

Gaara,Raikage can't destroy current gaara's defense,and Gaara stopped his Guillotine Drop with no much sand(intend to kill)
I think Raikage is too overated,and I don't know why.For me,all current kages are better than him,except Tsunade.
It is needed more than speed to beat Gaara(Lee and Mizukage,who have fast abilities,lost)

gaara wins.. he stopped a stomp kicked from cloaked Raikage like it was nothing. That was one of his strongest physical attacks and Gaara didn't lift a finger.. Gaara with mid difficulty.

now that i think about it,...gaara did manage to defend against lightning Armour pretty well...

even when naruto just dealt with raikage's armour he still said gaara's sand was better

Raikage could just use an actual Lightning Ninjutsu and win.
