I was gonna go with Gaara but to me Oro would win. I think after a couple of minutes of observing Gaara he would know how to beat him with the snakes and forbidden jutsus.

Gaara wins. Whoever stays on the ground in battle like Orochimaru does is already at a serious disadvantage. Orochimaru has much defenses but little offenses, and the little he has can be easily countered by Gaara(Gaara can crush snakes and defend Kusanagi) I believe Gaara defeats him before he can summon any1 with Edo Tensei and seals the immortal with that Suna sealing paper thingy he used on his dad and Muu.
