gaara is too much for oonoki's back. From what i see oonoki woulda murked him back in his day but not now, not in his present state, even with all his unique techniques..gaara's incredible endurance, defence, and the mass of sand he can control is too, too much. plus not to mention his new gold sand he got rom his dad and how he uses his mom as a defence? lol im not 100%on what that was exactly

I mean, gaara, has that eye.
So he doesn't need to come out of his defence to attack.

He can sense chakra with his sand, create more sand.

Gaara takes this. With some ease I might add.

Gaara has had to save Oonoki too many times so far and has completely overshadowed him bar the incident with the meteor. And even then, Gaara was the one to actually stop the meteor with his sand.

Gaara has shown himself to go from strength to strength...Oonoki has a bad back and little chakra if he uses dust element. I also think Gaara's sand would be able to not block but take the impact of the technique and leave Gaara safe from harm. Gaara could also use clones to force Oonoki to use Dust on them thus wasting chakra.

The only reason Oonoki could win is by slowing down Gaara's sand and then landing his Dust tech.

Oonoki can't just do that when he is in danger.
Only if it a massive attack.
