Was about to say Itachi solos, therefore team two stomps, but..

Location: Desert.

Gaara has a chance. However, restrict Itachi's Genjutsu.

Any one of them can beat Gaara regardless of the location.

Your words. All locations you mentioned would fall under prep. Leaving only places within throwing distance viable, I.e. the desert.

completely wrong, minato has locations marked around konoha in advance, he had no idea or inclination of kyuubi attacking konoha yet during tobi's invasion he was able to send the tbb and kyuubi in short notice to these locations

it requires no prep prior to going in a battle, as shown in the manga

In any case neither minato or itachi know about the speed difference between gourd sand and regular sand and teleporting it away does nothing since he's in a desert. More sand comes to his aid instantly.

teleporting away sand renders gaara defenseless momentarily because the sand at a distance has to move to come to his aid, a slight opening is all team two needs

That's prep..

Having prior seals/kunai during a battle = having prep before hand.

Again. That's prep. By your logic all forms of obito pre juubi jin gets solo'd by minato due to being marked. We wouldn't be able to debate whether war obito or ms obito can beat him.

In a any other location that would be true. But in a desert and the fact that they don't know about his differing sand speeds (gourd vs normal) New sand will come to his aid rather quickly if not instantly. We already saw this when garra sent his sand to protect mei and he himself still got protected by a different batch.

Minato is the only reason they win. He's just too fast.

Truth!

OT: Minato solos

#Facts only
Garra doesn't even have to look in his direction to send a sand tsunami at him. The aoe alone covers all of itachi's options. If he pulls susanno garra pulls him out and crushes him.

I'll concede on the minato teleportation bit.
I realized I'm contradicting myself.

That is if Gaara's sand can be used continuously

But Gaara can't break susanoo without shukaku

(Gaara w/ shukaku takes this tho)

Gaara needs Shukaku in order to stomp, alone he is taking extremely high difficulty.

He can prevent the Genjutsu with Sand Shield and Daisan no Me. Also, FTG is useless since he can't get near if he has shield. After this, they have no penetration type jutsu and he can easily take Itachi out of Susano'o, prepare a coffin and bury him. Minato as well gets sand tsunami'ed.

Incorrect, Genjutsu can't be "prevented" via the use of Sand Shield, and/or Daisan no Me (The Third Eye). However, Genjutsu can be either avoided via LoS (Line of Sight), and/or Keep Range:

I can't stand Itachi fanboys who state Tsukuyomi > All, in which I will be explaining it's "Weakness" in sense. I in no way hate Itachi, put I know the extent to his visual prowess. Hopefully you all enjoy my complex theory.

Alright so The Uchiha's eyes possess Tenketsu (chakra points) in which emit chakra when ever trying to perform visual techniques eg; Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi in which the immense chakra pressure causes their eyes to bleed:

Now most visual genjutsu (we hardly have ever seen any, if none at all if it isn't an Uchiha) cannot go afar due to the inability of the human eye to make out direct contact with an opponent within Mid-Long range. Hence why Tsukuyomi is classified as a short-ranged technique:

However it seems comments such as these are still being made:

Itachi one shots Deidara via Tsukuyomi at the beginning of the battle.

Itachi > Kisame, Kakuzu, Nagato, Obito via Tsukuyomi blitz they have no counter.

Even with proof that Tsukuyomi is obviously inferior to ranges greater than 0-5 meters (Short Range), so if the enemy is 10-15 meters (Mid Range), and/or 20-25 meters (Long Range). So if Itachi/Sasuke is able to capture opponents mid-long range within Tsukuyomi why haven't they done it? Reason because they cannot:

Some individuals may already know this, but this is still going around by Itachi fanboy/fangirls, and it's quite illogical, so I simply wanted to clear this up once again.

Itachi's Utaka (Finger Genjutsu) is also Short-Ranged. Gaara avoiding such tactics as being blitzed via Genjutsu would be no problem at all, due to his versatile aerial fighting-style.

He doesn't have to break it. Just pull him out from below the same way he did maddy. Or instead of pulling him out pull him down below it then use grand funeral.

In the case of both minato and itachi against garra it would be a repeat of sasuke vs garra or Lee vs garra. Minato dances around his gourd sand and ends him with rasengan in the off chance he lives he'd be tagged.

since it is the desert. Gaara could definitely put up a good fight especially if he starts off hovering in the air

@DrProof.

What about when Sasuke did Genjutsu on the range of Deidara's, catching Sasuke with C4.

It may be plausible that Sasuke used Genjutsu on the oversized Deidara. It was the only thing in which the eyes were more prone to make contact with someone.
