is this without the shukaku?
because if it is
id go with the 9 as he'll have a few distractions and bam ino's in his head game over

not that we don't believe in him its just the 9 have vast specialitys which can counter gaara's stand and blast with sand type attacks

gaara is powerful he can take out all 1 vs 1
but
all of them are too much to handle even for gaara
I believe 3 of them working as team can beat gaara

Thats an ink fly whale. Which will be taken out in one hit. Sai can't fight Gaara with anything that big.
