How does he crush his hearts when Kakuzu is constantly using Earth Spear?

As for sealing? The 2nd Mizukage has shown to resist sealing by using water release. Kakuzu merely does the same.

Wouldn't Gaara's sand sealings be rendered useless by Kakuzu's water release? I know the 2nd Mizukage's water style did.

Gaara can easily start off with QuickSand Waterfall Flow, The only way for Kakuzu to get away is to dodge it or run right through it.
Kakuzu has shown no speed feats to dodge a jutsu this huge so he would have to run through it. I'm pretty sure that he'll survive this but he will still be caught in Gaara's sand desert.

This will give Gaara an amazing opportunity to use Desert Imperial Funeral. which can hold Kakuzu down rather easy. Again, Kakuzu has shown no feats to be able to get out from the underground if he's being suppressed. The only reason Kimimaro was able to escape was because of his Bracken Dance, Dance of the Seedling Fern. I'm not sure if the hearts are still able to use elements if Kakuzu is being suppressed but it's no matter because Gaara has his third eye so Gaara won't be caught off guard.

Kakuzu wins mid diff, Kakuzu detaches his hearts and they all attack accordingly in ways Gaara can't counter with his sand. The speed of his sand isn't enough to evade and block all of Kakuzu's attacks and Kakuzu's Earth Grudge can penetrate Gaara's sand with ease. A full body Earth spear can surely withstand the impact of Gaara's sand coffin and Gaara may even be confused by one of the hearts as they are able to retreat beneath the earth and attack from below. Kakuzu has a mask with water mastery before Kakashi destroyed it, this will surely slow Gaara's defenses down and leave him open to attack.

Searing Migraine or Pressure Damage, if combined, could be able to scatter the sand on top of him and whatever is left could be past by the usage of Water Formation Wall. I also don't see an Imperial Funeral capturing him, seeing as he could merge in the ground to escape it.
