Gaara vs Kakuzu

Who would win? both can go all out and gaara doesn't have shukaku he is just like he is in the manga now, the fight takes place where Kakshi fought kakuzu and hidan, and Kakuzu is not edo tensei.

Hell no, not at once, is not like kakuzu will be standing there waiting to get hit.

Gaara being a Sand-base Ninja and battling in the terrain that has no Sand will take time beacuse he would have to process the Ground into Sand. Kakuza has all five elements to his advantage, mainly Water being his main element, which is stronger than Sand. I choose Kakuzu.

Kakuzu might be a very bad matchup for gaara because:

gaara's sand coffin might not even affect kakuzu because of kakuzu's doton hardening abilities.

Kakuzu has both lightning and water monsters who could potentially be super-effective against gaara's sand.

That being said, I think the kazekage takes this, but only after a really hard battle.

I understand him having five hearts but being an Akatsuki Member doesn't really mean anything when your battling.

Base naruto about 200 chapters ago defeated 3/5 of kakuzu and that was when his rasenshuriken was only 50% complete, base naruto could probably completely defeat kakuzu now without summons. It would be kind of embarrassing if gaara couldn't beat kakuzu.
