Gaara wins mid-difficulty, IMO armor of sand makes it very hard to give Gaara any surface wounds / injuries that break the skin and draw blood (how puppeteer poison is comonly spread.)
Chiyo will survive much longer than Sakura, if Chiyo controls her with puppet strings like she did against Sasori, then Sakura may have the agility to avoid sand coils and sinkholes for a while, but this is at the cost of part of Chiyo's attention on controlling her instead of her usual puppets to defend herself. So essentially Chiyo would be sacrificing her own survival rate to boost Sakura's it won't make too much difference.
Sabaku no Gaara wins.

Gaara's sand armour blocked kimi's cs2 bones while getting barely cracked,their poison attacks wont scratch him,that is assuming it actually gets through his auto defence,using sakura as a puppet wont make much difference as his sand is much faster than sasori's attacks,not to mention his brother uses puppets as well so he has intel.

Gaara wont get hurt at all from their attacks. Neither Chiyo nor Sakura are at Rock Lee level speeds, so eventually they will succumb to Sand Funeral/Imperial coffin..

Gaara would most likely win. Sakura's strength doesn't really help if she can't get through gaara's sand protection. She is super strong but not fast enough 
and i think Gaara could defeat Chiyo's puppets pretty easily

Gaara wins mid difficulty. Neither are fast enough to bypass Gaara's initial sand defence let alone sand armour that tanked attacks from gated Lee. Getting past the initial defence will require lots of team work but I don't think they can do it considering the fact that Gaara can make Chiyo's puppets useless by pouring in sand in their joints to make them useless.
They easily get sand coffined although poison is the biggest thread to Gaara but I think Gaara can hold his breath long enough to avoid it.
