While expelling the fire he very quickly throws 4 shuriken in each hand that are coated in wind chakra at you at the same time that are just behind the fire but at a low level so they would hit you below the knees

Then immediatley after the shuriken leaves his hand he exhales wind behind the fire to give it a boost that breaks it through the lightning and gives it the power of a s rank after the clash and due to him already building wind chakra into the shuriken, happens a bit faster
