i basically agree with this even though I think it's hilarious that people are talking about Shisui beating anyone considering we haven't seen ANYTHING of him. Literally nothing. Specially considering Obito and Kabuto isn't on here.

OT. Gaara would be top tier imo. It means he would be able to stand up to and at the very least occupy and have a chance against all above. I don't think he would have even a chance against Juubito in a solo match but that's about it.

This doesn't mean he is above any of these or top ten, but he would be able to fight them without it being ridicioulus. The problem now is that there are by now a shit ton of top tier shinobi atm.

gaara w Shukaku = Karura sand, Gold dust, Massive chakra boost & Shukkaku sand .

even assuming Shukaku chakra is equal to Gaara's, that is very min a 2x boost in chakra.
