Is it just me or does is it seem Gaara has made incredible progress since losing Shikaku. So my question is if Gaara got the Shikaku back and became a perfect Jin. Would he crack the top 10?

Gaara has come along way since losing the 1 tails but the 1tails isn't powerful on chakra if he gets the 1 tails back he'd be able to control around 10x more chakra if he used it's power. If Gaara went through the process Naruto and Bee went through I'm sure he'd win and shikaku's like the other tailed beast so they'd be friends in no time.

Gaara Bijuu Mode would be a sight but Bee and Naruto still solos in power. In the living I believe Gaara would be top 5
