Gaara(Present day) vs Kakashi(Present Day)

Kakashi wins because:

1) He can change into a lightening style clone when gaara uses the sand tsunami jutsu
2) He can use water style jutsu to break the ultimate defense remember the mizukage fight.
3) Kakashi has a wide range of jutsu of different elements to detroy him and kamui is the most effective now he has mastered it.

You can't change into a clone. It has to already be made you know this right? And most of the time when Kakashi does make another clone, the real him is watching somewhere hidden. Gaara can use his sand to sense remember? And its hard to say his Kamui would be too effective when Gaara used his sand against the black flames.

Kakashi's move is not called chidori. And 2nd if Sasuke's chidori broke through Gaara's defenses there's no reason as to why Kakashi cant break through it. But I go with Gaara. As stated before Kakashi doesn't have the stamina to keep up with Gaara

Chidori was Kakashi's origional jutsu. He made chidori when he was younger and later on improved upon it (really the only difference is it's probably stronger and more concentrated) which made it into Raikiri...however I believe in this essence chidori is obsolete to Kakashi so he probably doesn't use the basic version anymore, but they're essencially the same...

IMO I'll go with Gaara. Kakashi will give Gaara a run for his money though. His intelligence, and experience exceeds that of Gaara's. However Kakashi doesn't have the stamina to keep up with Gaara, aside from water jutsu, Kakashi doesn't have much long ranged defense or offense IMO. If he gets close, he could possibly break through with Raikiri, however the resistence to Ama, and Raikage's kick (despite the force of the kick being weaker since A was in the air) make me think Raikiri won't be able to penetrate the sand. I think all the current Kage right now, have what it takes to defeat Kakashi, that's just me though.

Gaara, I don't have one doubt in my mind.

Look bro Gaara has too much sand for the amount of water kakashi can release, Gaara dumped a wave of sand on kimi, there was at least tons and tons of it, Kakashi wud get buried in mud if he tries wetting tons and tons of fast incoming sand. And the only real water jutsu we ever seen was water dragon which once again is not much water and can only be used when there is water and if Gaara takes flight he won't even be able to hit him.

Kamui won't work, the sand will just be sent to another place.

Gaara's offensive and defensive power will overwhelm Kakashi.

Don't get me wrong Kakashi is kage level but A and Gaara are 2 kages he just cannot beat.

Dude its obvious Raikiri won't break it. A's kick was lightning enhanced and gravity enhanced, and Sasuke's chidori was nothing to the lightning power A had on him and Gaara still blocked it with like 3 inches thick of sand! Also in part one base Lee and Sasuke were too fast for his sand, and now the speed of amatarasu was easily blocked by the sand. So y compare things with part one??

A's kick was lightning enhanced and gravity enhanced, and Sasuke's chidori was nothing to the lightning power A had on him and Gaara still blocked it with like 3 inches thick of sand! Also in part one base Lee and Sasuke were too fast for his sand, and now the speed of amatarasu was easily blocked by the sand. So y compare things with part one??

I kind of figured Raikiri wouldn't work...but I don't like how Gaara it was demonstrated Gaara was stronger now without his Bijuu then with it...I guess it's a matter of chakra control now. I mean, I still feel Gaara has a lot of chakra, and now that the bijuu isn't stifling it anymore he has better control of that chakra...I kind of want to know how strong Naruto would be without the Kyuubi, meaning SM. Theoretically his mastery of SM beyond Jiraiya already put him at a higher esteme of power...with the addition of Ma and Pa he would have without the Kyuubi. I feel he would've evolved his sage mode and his arsonal of techniques. Maybe not to put him at a level of power=to KM but close I would say.

LOL ya Gaara wins this. Besides even if it worked on his sand defense which it doesn't, Gaara's still long range. And yea Gaara got stronger his bijuu never made him strong, he never used it in part 2. I also believe he has great amount of chakra, I don't remember Gaara saying he his running out of chakra even after the bijjuu was removed. He obviously has less chakra though but yes more control. Naruto has control of a lot of kyuubi's chakra in KM thats why it makes him stronger than SM. Honestly without the fox Naruto might not be where he is today. Also again Gaara seems to still have a lot of chakra, maybe hes an uzumaki descendant he has red hair!
