Gaara isn't weak, He's the second strongest Kage

While I do agree with this statement for the most part, I don't think that any of them can really beat Onoki. None have any abilities to stand against him. The only thing limiting him is his chakra levels and age. If you read my post up above you will see my arguments for why he is the strongest kage.

Other than that though I agree that it just depends on the circumstances but overall I would like to think that it looks like this

1.Onoki
2/3. A/Gaara
4/5. Mei/Tsunade

Yeah he would have been near unstoppable, that is why I find it so hard to believe that Hiruzen was regarded as the strongest kage of his time, if only because the third kage's of each land have been the strongest and I just don't see any way Hiruzen could have beaten them.

I swear that almost every thread I go into people are always numbering, rating, underrating, and overrating or even bashing a character. Oh is he strong, oh he's weak, oh he's no the strongest, oh no one can beat him, oh he has sharingan, rinnegan, ftg, he was called this, he was called that. So what if he's not the strongest kages or if he is. Will that make him any less of a ninja, nope. Gaara is very strong just like any other kage. He deserved to be a kage and that's all that matters. Stop labeling characters and just sit down and enjoy them for once, because if y'all do that it wont cloud your better judgment.

And the other thing people are always using their powers to rate them. "Onoki can fly and shoot dust release," "A can use nintaijutsu and speed," "mei can use three types of kekkei genkai," "and Tsunade can't do shit." "So I would put him #2," "no no no #3," "no are you saying he's stronger than this guy." "I'm saying he' weaker," "oh no I'm saying he's in between." You guy sound just like a bunch of schoolgirls fighting over twilight characters. What Gaara showed me is enough for me to say the guy is very strong, he doesn't need to be stronger than others, and he surely doesn't need to be overhyped and overrated by fanboys.

Wow I have to disagree with you when you say his sand is faster than the raikages lighting body flicker and amaterasu. The raikage was falling down on Sasuke with a kick he was not using his speed at that time just gravity to attack Sasuke, and the amaterasu was not an instant attack like when it was first used against the raikage but a manipulated attack directed at him.
