You have healing master Tsunade, two great strategists who can stop attacks Shikaku and Shikamaru (maybe even clay bombs?), Hyuuga clan who can deflect and strike from distance. Also, you have Yamato with wood techniques and Kakashi with 3 elements, most importantly lightining to diffuse Deidara´s attacks (according to battle against pain, he can do it all night long). Aburame clan would be deadly as well, yuk!
Heck, even Kakashi can solo Deidara! Also, Sai can fly. According to anime, Hyuugas can shoot palms of air. Don´t tell me that in whole village there isn´t even one person who have long ninjutsus (like already mentioned Aburame).
Constant showers of kunais, kamui, bugs, raikiris, kotoamatsukami, flying squadron from Sai, palms of air and hell be glad that Gai isn´t there.
And Gaara´s attacks can be stopped. He is strong, but teamwork would be the key here. One wrong step and you´re dead. You stay too long on one place and you´re dead.

If deidora starts off with c4 he would do great damage. If you add the fact that he can use c0 after he alone, yes alone can solo konoha. Also there arent many long range opponents to actually trouble him in the air, apart from sai who deidora can easily keep at bay with c2 and c3, im in favour of deidora possible alone defeating the whole of konoha, he will definitely kill the majority due to his large scale techniques

kakashi is also a long range fighter. Shikamaru is also a long range fighter. Chouji can become a mid-long range fighter. ino can mind transfer with deidara. its plenty of long range fighters in konoha.
