Have people forgotten Sai?? He can make birds so that every konohas ninja could fly. So Gaara and Deidara would get raped against such a number of ninjas.

Have some people forgotten that C4 is useless against dojutsus?? Sharingan can see the color of chakra. So do Byakugan also. So C4 will hurt no one who has dojutsus(and even those who can sense chakra), if Deidara do that, and they can even prevent the other ninjas to avoid it.

Is Tsunade also forgotten?? With Katsuyu she managed to protect everyone quickly against shinra tensei from Tendo. She can do that again when it's needed. And as said, Deidara doesn't have infinite chakra. C3 takes him a lot, and C4 too. After that, he will be really tired and get killed easily.

For Gaara, i don't know why people say that he could overwhelm the village with sand. He is not in Suna here where there is sand all around, where he is at his advantage, he is not in a desert or even grass. He is on hardcourt. So he can't do what people are saying. He will use his own sand which is limited, and in these circumtances, Gaara is not powerful at all.

When i see arguments, it seems people are just thinking we are in a video game. Like Bijuu13 has said, "the village is not just gonna wait for Deidara/Gaara to make all there moves and then react afterwards, thats not how it works . hes gonna have to be keeping up with offense AND defense at the same time"

There is no way Gaara and Deidara have a chance in winning in Konoha.

Gaara made a desert when he fought Kimmimaro and sinked him in it. He can make sand from the ground too.

He made Kimmimaro go under(like quick sand) and crushed his body.

if deidara uses C4 or C0 there are plenty byakugan users and kakashi has sharingan, so they would have time to notify and react even if deidara used these techs.

I think you're the one who must re-read Deidara vs Sasuke.
Against Sasuke he didn't even use C3 and it's because it's the jutsu that takes him the most chakra(he said it himself against Gaara, and the most clay also). He used C4 and even C4 taked him a lot. Only after 1 C4 bomb, he could not even control his chakra properly.

He can spam C1 and even C2, but C3 or C4 takes him a lot of chakra. And C1 and C2 can only kill low-level ninja, if it even kills them(coz as i said, Tsunade is there to heal. There is Sai also. They can fly and attack them. So they could even be overwhelmed and not have time to prepare their attacks).

Against Kimmimaro it was on gras(where there is sand all around). And eventhough, to manage to control sand there, he had to stay on the ground to mix his sand with the one on the ground to be able to generate a massive quantity of sand an control it.

He couldn't use such a quantity of sand, if he didn't take the time to mix it with his. So he can't fly and attack with sand as you say. He must stay on the ground. He almost explain it when he fought Kimmimaro.

And in konoha he's not even neither in the desert, nor on the gras. He is almost on hardcourt. He can't do what you think.

@Bijuu13 Kakashi does have a defensive wall as you said before, and it's in the mangas.

then why did sasuke dodge just about every one of them if they can destroy a quarter of konoha .. the regular ones are the size of a quarter and do the damage of a grenade ... C2 dragon would get him killed in a heart beat considering how slow it is and its jus more of a surface to attack him on . the bombs that c2 dragon uses tho could do damage, but like i said he would be taken off of that pretty quickly

Katsuya can actually cover everybody as she can break apart and do so. Kamui could work. A very large scale lightening attack perhaps with multiple users. Sais birds are doubtful but if Sai creates a bird that siezes him and flies away that changes thing dramatically
