Come Perry the Platypus, let me tell you about my scheme.
You see, I have stolen all the D-rank elemental ninjutsu and the E-rank normal ninjutsu from the Narutobase-state area. As a child while I was working as a lawn gnome, I was never able to learn basic ninjutsu while I was forced to watch all the other children have fun playing with each other. Thus, I devised a scheme to prevent anyone from learning ninjutsu on this site! If they are never able to learn the basics they cannot move onto harder techniques and thus eliminating ninjutsu altogether from the Narutobase RP!

*The moment you punch me in the gut, I tense up my muscles, absorbing the hit as if it were nothing. I immediately as you punch me, slam both of my hands on your ears which will either cause you to faint or be confused and lose your hearing for a while before you can kick me (along with hurting like hell). I then grab both your head and slam my forehead on your nose, breaking it which will cause bleeding and pain as well*
Make a thread and I'll be there with and you better use that plan. This is a fight I reserved for Goro xd~_~ We already started the fight.

It should.
Once my hands pass through your head and hit together, your upper body will be splattered around the place (it would take time for your body to reform). I then notice the technique from my previous engagement with Izuna Uchiha where he too used this, knowing how to fight with this and immediately pull out a seal before you can reform, sealing your watery ass into the seal.

Perry, the time-frame isn't broken when one does a move before you can do your aggressive/offensive move, but any movement such as you tensing your stomach muscles.
Any movement that is relative to the battle, such as closing your eyes.
However, taking out a book and starting to read it is not relative at all.
