Hand seals were mentioned and sorry for the poor detail im on vacation and i was in a hurry when writing it.
-I begin by molding my Fuu chakra in my palms.I keep adding more chakra to my palms to create a powerful whirlwind.When I think I have enough chakra accumulated I begin chaining the hand seals (Tiger,Snake,Ram).I then stretch my arms forward and start releasing the chakra.I use the released chakra and make it spin.I direct the whirlwind at your clone making him blow back and go poof-

mentioning handseal like '' tiger / ram / bird '' not just '' i perform the required hand seal '' but you can do that if i didn't provide the hand seal since i can't find it or something. and no problem... you should rather take your time.

Fuuton: Kaze Kiri (Wind Style: Wind Cutter)
By building up some amount of your wind chakra and channel it into your mouth and launch out a slicing wind gust which can divide and neutralize a wind attack launched at you but this jutsu can only split up a wind attack that has a lower or equal strength.

due to this technique is a filter chacter in naruto(not shippuden) with she uses her special sword for this technique and some other, so i'm not sure if you launch it out by mouth or something

I want you to focus some amount of your wind chakra and perform this small set of hand seals(Tiger → Hare → Dragon) to summon a cyclone of petals to attack their opponent like a spiraling jet stream which can push or knock down your target, another version of this is which you shaped it itno a average size of a ball and throw it toward your target.

This technique allows you to counter another wind technique that is launched against you, by waving the required hand seal to amplify some wind hcakra and split out at the incoming wind attack, taking control of the attack and re direct back at your target.
