Can you please explain each point? I think you got three kinda messed up and one and two is...well kinda weird. Explain each better, put some effort in this. I can't help you, if I can't understand you.

From what i understand
1. from 1. And 2. since the height to which the attack will go or the range is completely fixed cause you have no control over the attack it can be dodged by quickly moving sideways or moving upwards that is if opponent is fast enough to do that and can alos move out of the range of attack.
2. Third well i am thinking that since the projectile type attack once the attack is out of your control means it is completed and the chakra necessary for the attack is spent. Then if someone manages to dodge it easily. It will be a complete waste of chakra whereas in stream release since continuous flow of chakra is necessary then that means if your opponent manages to dodge the attack easily than you can either adjust your direction towards his new place or completely stop flow of chakra to prevent wasting it

2. Since in projectile attack whole attack activates at single moment than if it gets in contact it will exert complete and more damage.

Your targets are usually Pein and their summons so you could provide a more "realistic" description of the jutsu's effects. Feel free to ask if you ever have a question for me. Here we go.

gaara listening to his senpai closes his eyes and tries to make a mental image of wind through visualizing it's characteristics .He thinks about the way wind blows, the sharpness of wind, it's strong properties like gale or hurricane and tornado. After he has a clear mental image of wind in his mind he focuses raw chakra into his lungs and applies nature transformation converting it into Fuuton chakra.He then focuses the chakra into the palms of his hand and then releases a burst of wind towards the pein that's reading manga sending him falling back.Gaara then looks at senpai with a look saying how is that?
I have seen a few threads where guys use this technique to release chakra from their feet sending them up in the air Is that possible?

Ok. Now i want you to release fuuton chakra into the air and convert it into a weak gust of wind to spread dust or sand over the ground. It's only effective offensively when blowing dust into your opponent's eyes. Try it out.

After hearing senpai's words gaara focuses raw chakra into his lungs and then applies nature transformation to convert it into Wind chakra. After few moments he blows out all the wind chakra into the air. This gust of wind now gathers small particles of dust and sand around gaara. When enough dust has been mixed with wind it flies towards pein and gets into his eyes. Once the sand and dust gets into peins eyes he gets blinded for some moments

After listening to the instrcutions again, gaara begins to focus chakra in his body. He then proceeds to apply nature transformation making the chakra into wind type chakra. He then spreads the chakra around his body. This chakra quickly infuses with the air around him. as the chakra has now mixed with the air around him gaara can also control the wind around him.He then turns the wind towards pein The air around him picks up sand and dirt along the way as it approaches the target. As the wind moves forward the sand and dust particles become suspended in it, when the wind reaches near pein the dust particles get into his eyes and make him temporarily blind.
Much better. About time we started sets of three. For this jutsu release fuuton chakra in front of you and produce wind in the form of a spinning wall with minor sharpness. It should be strong enough to repel shuriken and taijutsu alike. Now defend yourself.

Next, jump up and simply blow a steady stream of wind from your mouth to propel yourself quickly in the opposite direction you're facing. Try it out and i hope you don't mind a little incentive. :heh:

Gaara sees as one of the Peins runs at him and jumps into position for a flying kick. Gaara watches closely as the pein gets closer to him and focuses raw chakra into his lungs. he then applies nature transformation to convert into wind chakra. Gaara then releases all the chakra the moment pein gets to near for comfort creating a spinning wind in front of me that is also sharp to some extent. Since the Pein is in the air, he cannot avaoid the wind and hits right into it. The spinning speed of wind sends pein flying back and thus gaara protects himself.
As the senpai instructed gaara first jumps up in the air,the moment he jumps in the air senpai plays a trick and lays a bed of spikes below. Gaara is startled thinking that senapai might actually wants to kill him. However as gaara begins to descend down towards the ground, he gathers raw chakra into his lungs, and converts it into the wind nature. then gaara takes a deep breath to take in as much as air he can in his lungs. Once an ample amount of wind chakra along with air is collected into his lungs, he exhales all of the chakra towards the ground. The force of the wind pushes him backwards, and away from the spikes. He then lands on the ground and confronts senpai that does he want to kill him?

Once he has gathered a sufficient amount of Fuuton chakra into his lungs, he quickly exhales the chakra. Using shape manipulation to form the flying Fuuton chakra into a nearly invisible Sphere of wind. The Pein runs straight into the ball, and is knocked back, along with the kunai in his hand.
Following senapi's instructions, gaara performs the ram seal and takes a deep breath. He then gathers raw chakra into his lungs and converting it into Fuuton chakra through nature manipultion, He then quickly blows the chakra from his mouth, with small intervals creating several small tornadoes that move towards the Pein caught within an already lit ring of fire. Due to the air within the Fuuton techniques being one of the fuels that keeps fire alive, when the fuuton technique makes contact with the ring of fire, a massive vortex of blazing flame is created, burning the Paths caught within to a crisp.
As the Pein runs towards gaara, he performs the Tiger, Snake and Ram handseals, and focuses raw chakra into his hands then converting it into Fuuton chakra through nature manipulation.
