This technique can be performed by ninja who do not wield the Giant fan but require to make a sequence of 7 hand seals to perform the technique.

After that shikamaru cannels raw chakra into his lungs and applies nature manipulation to convert it into Fuuton chakra. After that Shikamaru looks towards the peins ready to attack him. He performs Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog Hand seals and spins around his body's own axis. While spinning he releases all the chakra from his lungs while compressing it in the form of a wind blade. The wind that is released is strong enough to slice through peins and cause severe damage.

After that Shikamaru channels huge amount of raw chakra into his lungs and applies nature manipulation to convert it into fuuton chakra. After a moment he releases this chakra from his mouth manipulating to form a gust of wind which rises above into the clouds. After reaching the clouds the wind gust manipulates the clouds and makes the stormy. After a moment all the clouds disappear and a large tornado of wind comes down from the sky onto the tree house. This tornado slices everything within the vortex and all the peins are severely damaged.

After that he lloks towards the peins running towards him and performs a sequence of seven hand seals and releases the wind chakra to form two localized tornadoes. The first tornado traps the peins inside it's vortex and second tornado then joins the first one to form a huge tornado within which wind moves like a sharp blade and cuts the peins severely.​

Excellent. Here's an easy one: After performing the Bird, Hare, Horse, and Ram handseals exhale a vertical blade of compressed wind 2 meters long at your target that holds a decent amount of destructive force. Demolish this tree.

Then pound your stomach to increase the pressure at you release a great spinning wind bullet at your target that causes major damage to anything in its path, even giant summoning animals. The user will then pound thier stomach to increase the pressure as they release a huge spiraling sphere of wind, which is strong enough to do major damage to even a Summoning like Gamabunta.

After listening to his Sensei's instructions, Shikamaru quickly channels raw chakra into his lungs. After a moment he applies nature manipulation to convert it into Fuuton chakra. After that shikamaru quickly performs Bird → Hare → Horse → Ram hand seals and releases the chakra from his mouth while applying shape manipulation and compressing this chakra in the form of a 2meters long vertical blade. The blade has a lot of destructive force and easily destroys the tree.

After that shikamaru, quickly channels raw chakra into his lungs and applies nature manipulation to convert it into Fuuton chakra. After that he quickly performs Bird hand seals and overlaps his hands in front of his mouth. He blows out all the chakra from his mouth which releases a quick stream of very fast moving wind and dust from his mouth. This stream due to passing through the hands is directed and moves towards the training dummies. The stream of wind due to grinding ability, completely decimates the dummies.

After that shikamaru, quickly starts gathering raw chakra into his lungs while performing few hand seals to increase the amount of gathered chakra. After that shikamaru applies nature manipulation to convert his chakra into fuuton chakra. Then after the huge amount of chakra has been gathered in his lungs, shikamaru quickly pounds his stomach strongly to increase the pressure. Doing this he opens his mouth just before the air reaches his wind pipe and releases all the chakra as sphere of spiraling wind which moves towards the giant ox summoned by sensei. The wind bullet smacks right into the ox's stomach and does a huge amount of damage.​

Superb. Up next is another wind jutsu originally used with a fan. Perform 5 handseals and exhale wind in the form of a net composed of slicing winds intersecting each other. Pretty simple. Start by preparing some seafood.

This jutsu is similar to the Wind Blade jutsu you learned a while back but this was shown to have enough power to stop the advance of Sasuke's susanno. Cut down a thick tree around here for firewood.

After listening to his sensei's instructions shikamaru quickly starts channeling raw chakra into his lungs. Then he applies nature manipulation to convert it into Fuuton chakra. After that he performs a sequence of 5 hand seals and releases all the chakra in his lungs through his mouth while applying shape manipulation. This causes several blades of wind intersecting each other to be formed. These blades appear as if a net of wind blades is formed. This net of wind moves towards the Crab that had some how gone unnoticed by shikamaru until now and slices him into several nice cut pieces. One nicely cut platter of Crab meat is ready Sensei.

After that shikamaru channels raw chakra into his hands and applies nature manipulation to convert it into Fuuton chakra. After that shikamaru turns towards the thick tree that sensei pointed towards and and started waving his hand in front of him while releasing chakra. This caused wind blades to be formed from each of his fingertips and move towards the tree. All the wind blades appeared to be gathered into a single scythe of wind. This scythe then hit the tree and cut it into firewood. I think only fire is needed now for a nice barbecue.

After that shikamaru looks towards the peins running towards sensei's boiled crab meat. He starts gathering raw chakra into his lungs and applies nature manipulation to convert it into Fuuton chakra. After that he begins inhaling large amount of air. This creates somewhat like a vaccum like effect and sucks all the peins towards shikamaru. After that shikamaru starts condensing the air and fuuton chakra that he had gathered in his lungs and releases it while applying shape manipulation in the form of a huge bullet of wind which hits the peins and sends them flying several hundred meters away. And just so you know I wanted a barbecued crab, while you boiled it.​

Impressive. Onto the S ranks! For the first one perform the Rat handseal and produce air currents from your palms which should expand rapidly as you direct them throughout the battlefield. Any dust and debris present is carried by the raging winds, basically creating a large dust storm with no offensive properties. This technique may be maintained to extend the duration you control the air currents. Conceal yourself and escape.

This jutsu explains itself well enough. It's very similar to Vacuum Wave except you release multiple blades together in one direction. Demolish this wall, its hideous.

Then he performs Rat hand seal and waves his hand in front of him releasing Fuuton chakra from it in the form of air currents, which expand on size and are directed throughout the battle field. These expanded air currents gather along any dust or debris present on the ground and lift it along, effectively making a huge dust storm. This dust storm blocks the view of dogs. Shikamaru uses this opportunity to hide himself from the dogs and escapes the area.

The blades of wind are strong enough to demolish the wall.

After that as shikamaru sees the giant ox summoned by his sensei, he quickly starts channeling raw chakra into his lungs and applies nature manipulation to convert it into fuuton chakra. Then as the ox moves towards him, shikamaru quickly takes a large deep breath and inhales a large amount of air. Then he compresses all this air in his mouth into small sphere of wind along with his own fuuton chakra. After that shikamaru releases this sphere of wind fromhis mouth while applying shape manipulation to cause a huge expanding sphere of wind towards the ox. This giant sphere of wind knocks the ox out and sends him flying away.​

Description: By manipulating the wind-natured chakra of the Wind Release: Rasengan, Naruto was able to create four large points, causing the Rasengan to take on the appearance of a giant fūma shuriken, with the Rasengan in the centre remaining a perfect sphere. The technique gives off a loud screech-like noise during, and after formation. In order to perform it in the beginning, Naruto required the aid of two shadow clones; he provides the chakra, one clone is responsible for the shape transformation, and the other provides the nature transformation. However, like with his use with the Rasengan, as his skill progresses, he becomes able to use it without the aid of any clone. Initially, he could only throw it while in Sage Mode but he has since learned how to maintain it and throw it in Nine Tails Chakra Mode and Bijuu Mode, even by simply using chakra arms. Despite this, others ninjas can learn the technique but cannot throw it as they lack Naruto's skill with the rasengan to succeed nor can they produce as much damage as Naruto who, adding to the damage boost given to him to the aforementioned modes, gains another +10 damage when using it. In the case of other bios, because they use it in a melee form, they will take -10 damage to their hand as the jutsu hits.

Finally, perform the Ram handseal and generate 5 tall tornadoes side by side like a huge wall sent toward your target. Pretty simple really. Stop this madness!
