Wind is a natural element And is a chakra nature. We can use it by manipulating our chakra with Wind. We can then use it with our natural chakra which enables us to a various branch of new jutsus. It is weak against Lightning and Strong against Wind.

-I place the leaf between my palms as i concentrate on my chakra. I mold my chakra into my hands and add my Wind manipulation. I slim down my Wind chakra to make it nice and thin and sharp. I then manipulate to slice the leaf in half-
