• 1.Well very good technique as i see you can't really use this technique to damage your enemy you can push them back.

• 1.Well i think that this technique will be slow to perfom cause of giant fan But thats just my opinion.
• 2.Enemy can easlly see that you are using some kind technique by giant fan and avoid it with fire or Earth element.

How you would use it in battle(Combinations): Well first of all i would use sand technique to trap my enemy so that he were unable to move, After that i would easlly use this technique to send my enemy flying + Throwing his balance off And as a finisher i would use lightning technique for example Chidori to pierce him while he is unable to move.


How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):After some rest obito carefully started perfoming jutsu by simple gathering chakra, After he gathered enough chakra he quickly used nature transformation to change that chakra into wind chakra and make it as thin as possible, After that obito quickly channeled that chakra into his right arm wich were holded Giant fan, After that obito quickly released it Using shape manipulation and creating strong wind blast wich were making it's way towards dummy's.

How you would use it in battle: Well i would use this technique to send my enemy back and throw theyr balance off cause this technique doesn't really do great damage It's for surprise attack, Then i would use Lightning to pierce them while they are unable to move.


How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):After some rest obito quickly stands up and starts perfoming jutsu by simple gathering chakra, After he gathered enough he quickly used nature transformation to change that chakra into Wind and make it as thing and sharp as possible after that Obito quickly channeled that Sharp chakra into mouth releasing it and using shape manipulation creatin wind stream wich Would hit dummy's Deastroying 3 of them .

The blast of wind would be capable of dealing some cuts and physical damage, with the effect of it being the enemy flying towards the location he/she was pushed. As for your second technique, the combination more specifically, you'd need Yin and Yang training to maintain the stream of wind while releasing lightning to pierce the enemy. Just a heads up.

As tobirama finished talking gaara quickly felt something strange whole ground started to shake Being earth master he knew what jutsu tobirama used and quickly gathered suna chakra channeling it into gourd and releasing Normal sized sand cloud wich would allow him to get into Long-range, After that gaara quickly saw how tobirama were preparing a jutsu to attack him, As gaara saw lightning forming He quickly Tiger → Ox → Dog → Rabbit → Snake perfomed this handseals and gathered chakra using nature transformation to change the nature of it into the properties of wind and make it as thin and sharp as possible releasing that chakra and using shape manipulation to create sudden gust of wind wich were making it's way towards Lightning technique, This would stop technique. First one that I will be addressing is whether or not you're able to muster wind chakra while maintaining the Floating Sand technique, it may require Yin-Yang, but we'll skip that because I do not know much about Sand Release. The issue at hand, you allow yourself to travel to long-range, AND THEN perform the five hand seals. By then, the lightning technique would have already reached you. Though, the technique you used to counter was used efficiently and to its full potential, just some major timing issues that prevented your move from working.

Tobirama continues the test, but first, he jumps backwards several meters leaving space between the two. Without hesitation, and as he findshis way in the new area, Tobirama generates water underneath the students and creates a pillar of water. The pillar rises up to push you up in the air, leaving you vulnerable to more techniques as opposed to being grounded. Tobirama follows up by creating a rope made of lightning through the use of shape manipulation. With a single whip, the rope is sent out towards you and wraps around you, electrocuting you. To further increase the strength of the lightning, Tobirama whips you down to where the water laid from the result of the water pillar thrust. As a result, and if left undefended, you would most likely be fried.

As gaara saw tobirama perfoming jutsu he quickly gathered suna chakra channeling it into gourd and releasing massive amount of sand from it, After that he created giant sand wall wich completely deastroyed water pillars but at the same time he controls sand cloud and get's into Mid-range from his opponent tobirama, After that gaara saw how his enemy maked rope made of lightning as he saw that he quickly started to gather chakra and used Nature transformation to change that chakra into wind chakra making it sharp and thin, After that he quickly released it into mid-air using shape manipulation and creating strong and powerfull wind wave at technique wich would completely stop it, After that gaara quickly gathered chakra and used nature transformation to change it into wind chakra and make it as thin as possible, After that gaara released it from mouth using shape manipulation and creating powerfull stream of wind at tobirama.

It will be, because the wind currents would naturally neutralize the lightning as well as forcing it to lose its shape, which is something you should have described.

You would use shape manipulation to shape a tornado-like thing around you, and with its quick and focused speeds, it would easily push objects away! While you're performing it, tell me how you would use it in battle. Also what are the main usages, and limitations of this technique?" Tobirama then proceeds to throw a barrage of kunai's and rocks to you, once the vortex is created.

"Moving on. This technique allows you to channel wind chakra onto a bladed weapon, most commonly projectile based weapons like kunais and shurikens. With the wind element, it easily empowers the cutting capabilities of these weaponry. Apply wind chakra onto the blades, and think of its sharp nature. Channel it into a kunai and shuriken, sharpening its edges with pure wind chakra. This would greatly increase its length, while also increasing its cutting potential. Say, if you were to channel it through a kunai, the chakra should extend the length of the kunai as well as the sharpness. Shape manipulation is vital on this one, because you would need to shape it around the weapon perfectly to correctly strengthen its blade. As obito hears tobirama he quickly catches the sword that tobirama gave to him, As he catched it he quickly started to perfom technique by simple gathering as much chakra as he could after he gathered enough chakra he quickly started to channel it into his right hand and by doing it it would channel into sword as well, As soon as he channeled that chakra into sharp sword he quickly used Nature transformation to change that chakra into Wind chakra making it as thin as possible, After he did that he quickly released Wind chakra from sword by swinging his hand releasing massive amount of wind chakra and Using shape manipulation to make Vortex of wind around him, This would protect him as well as It's great to use and great to push objects away.


After some rest obito quickly started perfoming jutsu first of all he carefully listened to Tobirama, After that he quickly catched Sharp kunai and started to walk over a tree, As he reached it he quickly started perfoming jutsu by simple gathering chakra As soon as he gathered enough chakra he quickly Used nature transformation and changed that chakra into Wind chakra making it really sharp and thin, After that he tryed to channel Wind chakra into shuriken and Before he channeled it he used shape manipulation and started to channel wind and sharp chakra into shuriken, As he channeled wind chakra in Shuriken he quickly Took a fightning stance and Killed that tree over there.

As for first technique i think it's really great technique to protect yourself as well as attack enemy for example if your enemy will attack you and throws a kunai at you you can easlly release wind chakra from your body using shape manipulation and creating Tornado like wall around you wich will act as a wall and protect your from kunai, As for second main usage for this technique is that it can really help you when you are fightning with Taijutsu user I still think that when you are using this technique you can create sharp tornado around you wich can act like a wall and can protect you from long range techniques but as well as short range, If Tai user will run at you and tryes to punch you or kick whetever you can easlly create tornado thing around you wich will not only protect you from that attack but also will damage your enemy. As for it's limitations when I think this technique can only handle B-rank A-rank techniques A-rank lightning and B-rank Suiton, But this technique can't be used against fire cause it will burn hell out of you.


As for advantages, Well i think this technique is pretty usefull against close range fighters basically you are channeling your Wind chakra wich is pretty sharp and thin into blade wich is sharp as well, So if you are infusing this two thing together you will get pretty sharp thing, And it will help you into Close range fight, You can easlly Trap enemy and finish him off with this sharp thing monster

As for disadvantages: Well this technique is pretty much useless against Long-range fighter you can't really shoot Wind chakra infused kunai against enemy and i think when you will channel wind chakra into kunai it will get very heavy but that's only my opinion And when it will get heavy it will be hard to control and handle,

As for combinations well this technique is already combination and if i were facing enemy and had only this kunai and shoot to perfom one technique it of course will be something to trap my enemy cause as i pointed above it's pretty hard to handle Wind chakra infused kunai so yeah i would use Doton technique to trap my enemy and then i would finish him off !

As it is released, perform shape manipulation to shape the winds to the shape of a twister. I want you to take out the heads of these three training dummies, all with one twister! Don't forget, it's a stream based technique, therefore, you'd need to continuously release the stream of wind to keep the twister's shape. Alright, give me the usual advantages/disadvantages, and how you would use it in battles, like combinations and such."

Any arc you'd like is okay. Once you've done so, release the chakra from the blade. This technique is unfocused, meaning you don't perform shape manipulation or anything fancy. Just release the chakra from your blade, and a gust of wind will appear from the arc you swung it at. Tell me some advantages and disadvantages, and how exactly you'd use it offensively in battle." As he finishes explaining, Tobirama throws another barrage of kunais towards the target, throwing it one by one, towards Gaara's stomach.

As for advantages this technique is really usefull because The rotation adds extra force and speed to make the jutsu faster and stronger therefore it's More stronger technique than ordinary wind techniques ! Also it's very strong and can be used to attack your enemy faster !


So as for Disadvantages Since the shape transformation isn't immediate there may be a slight delay during the use of the jutsu, This can leave you open for attacks and allow the enemy to escape so yeah there are some risks while using this technique

After gaara listened to Tobiramasama he quickly started perfoming jutsu by simple gathering as much chakra as he could after that he channeled that chakra into mouth and started using nature transformation as usual to Change chakra into wind chakra and make it as thin as possible after that gaara saw how tobiramasama picked three dummy and he quickly started to release stream of wind from his mouth, After he released it gaara quickly used shape manipulation to change shape of stream making it twister, After that he released twister and deastroyed dummies.

As for combinations and such well what should i say ? As i pointed above it's very difficult to perfom this technique using shape manipulation while adding wind stream from your mouth to maintain twister so before i use this technique i would make shure to trap my enemy good with sand or earth structures So that i could use this technique perfectly


As for advantages While using this technique enemy wouldn't expect the gust of wind after the initial strike, so it could confuse as well as damage him,


This technique is really difficult to perfom because you would have to predict the enemy's movements exactly to use this efficiently so pretty much this one is really difficult to perfom


After gaara catched sword he quickly started to perfom jutsu cause bus almost where there to get him, After some rest he quickly holds sword with his right arm closing his eyes and gathering as much chakra as he could after he gathered enough he quickly used nature transformation to change that chakra into wind chakra making it's as sharp as possible after that he finially channeled wind chakra into sword and swinging it into arc motion stopping kunais barrage !

Well how i would use it offensively very hard question cause this technique is really hard to perfom as i exlained it why above, So i would make shure my enemy were unable to move cause if he is free he can avoid it by simple using lightning attack so yep i would trap him good to Use this technique also i would lift him in mid air and then finish it with this attack !

"Alright because the first is a stream based technique, it does not allow for great versatility in terms of offensive combinations because you arent exactly free to act after is is released. Trapping them beforehand would probably be your best bet, because they are confined in a smaller area where you're able to alter the positioning of the stream to your liking in case they move. And yeah, for the last one, it is a thin projectile, i liked your combination because you understood that to only way to really successfully use the technique was to trap them, in which case, you have a greater chance of actually hitting him/her with the technique!"

Taking out a piece of chalk, Tobirama marks the stomach of a single training dummy. "Okay take out the two katana's we've used thus far. I want you to channel chakra through the blades and with nature transformation, change it to wind chakra. With a swift slash downwards, I want you to release the chakra as it is being released, thus creating a gust of wind from the downwards arc you sent it at. Be warned, the more katana's you use, the less damage each one produces. For example, because you're using two, if only one hits, it will only cause half the damage." Tobirama steps back, and added, "Okay, go ahead. Slash the training dummy twice to cut through it, and give me the disadvantages of this technique and its limitations. How would you defend this, say if the enemy were to release it towards you while you are trap between two segments of earth and are unable to move to the sides?"

Tobirama opens up a scroll and points at the four require handseals for this specific technique. "Alright, with the use of these hand seals you will change the nature of your chakra into winds and knead your chakra properly for this technique specifically. With your wind chakra, I want you to send it to the air in front of you, generating it and cause it to spin rapidly, eventually growing into a mini tornado. Manipulate it to travel towards the training dummy, which would easily ensnare him and slice through its body. It should be powerful enough to push the target up in the air afterwards, go try it out! How would you use it in battle? And how would you defend against this if a) you are already ensnared in the tornado, or b) the tornado is coming towards you?" Tobirama walks back, making sure to stay out of the tornado's way. "Oh yeah, this tornado would not be the biggest tornado, but it would surely be larger than a normal human."
