Both correct, using a medium sized fire and expanding with pressure and wideness is a very effective use. Next on the list is;

Wendy grabs her battle fan,ready to fight she gathers her wind chakra into her battle fan to create a torando of wind lifiting the clone of the ground into the sky.By channeling my raiton chakra into into the sky 3 bolts of lighting then strike the clone shocking him to death causing black smoke to appear due the neutraliztion of the wind and lighting
Lacking description again, try to make it more fun for whoever reads it. How, When did you channel and control your chakra? What happened to the tornado and how? Stuff like that. Try again.
Wendy,grippin ob her battle fan ready to retry the move again.As the grips it she begins channeling her chakra into the battle fan,causing it the take on a greenish color as the chakra is flowing within it.With a swing of her fan,whike manipulationing it's shape and control,Wendy releases a giant Wind Tornado few feet away from the dummy.Using the air circulation in the tornado's pull,the dummy is lifted off the ground heading spiraling into the tornado.At the given moment Wendy channels her chakra into the atmosphere of the tornado,to cause 3 lighting bolts to crash on the dummy but due to the chakra difference the wind and lighting together caused black smoke to appear while the dummy is sent down to the earth.

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Rat → Rabbit → Dog, the user takes a deep breath and exhales several small blasts of wind chakra.in such a manner that they are dispersed over an expansive range, enough to make it difficult to avoid them entirely without taking any damage. Due to the properties of this technique, the expelled blasts are capable of piercing into and potentially through an opponent's flesh when they collide, in a similar manner to how bullets function.
By performing the seals Rat → Rabbit → Dog Wendy begins taking a deep breath,channeling her chakra around her body into her mouth gathering all her chakra,once aftering inhaling a good amount using chakra manipulation,she exhales smalls bursts of wind chakra from her mouth traveling towards the dummy,piercing it causing the dummy to rip up from the wind chakra hitting it like bullets.
Adavantages would be like the wide range of the attack on the foe that it makes it hard to avoid.Can use it as a medium to stop fleeing foes.Disadvantes is most likely the range of it being only up to mid range and the seals delaying it.Honestly i would just use it to stop fleeing foes from getting to far the pursuit them into close range

followed with the old, this forms as a wave.
By performing the seals Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog,Wendy inhales yet again repeating the same as before,but just before the exhales she begins to spin at a rapid speed,unleashing the wind around her in a circular motion unleashing a blade of wind to form around the area,cutting the dummy as blade if wind cuts along the its torso.

Extremely, extremely useful jutsu. (Fūton: Atsugai) - Wind Style: Pressure Damage jutsu is by far the one with most pressure and widest range in all wind jutsus, but this one gets closer to it because of its slicing capabilities and the use is it comes from the sky.

By channeling my chakra into the sky,using chakra manipulation the Wendy causes the sky to turn very dark,on the ground the area is becoming very stormy.Wendy continues channeling her chakra into the clouds causing the a tornado to form near the dummy causing it to get sucked into the tornado getting scliced and and chopped.
Use a fan to create two tornadoes and then control them so that one ensnares the opponent and the other slashes;
(Fūton: Sakūgen Sebiti) - Wind Release: Slashing Tornado

Description: A stronger version of the original Wind Release: Great Slashing Tornado technique. The user creates two localized tornadoes by flapping their Giant Fan. The first tornado ensnares the opponent in it and the second tornado combines with the first to create one giant tornado that slashes the opponent to death with razor sharp wind pinions. This technique can be performed by ninja who do not wield the Giant fan but require to make a sequence of 7 hand seals to perform the technique.
