Alright this one is a simple evolution of a past technique. You form the handseals, and then focus much chakra into the air around you to create a gust of wind like you did for cutting whirlwind, only this time, by focusing more chakra and power into it, it should be more powerful and bigger as well.

Starts hand seals, begins gathering chakra. Continues seals, amassing a plethora of Fuuton chakra, compressing it. Manipulates the large pool of chakra into a huge gust of cutting wind, releasing it and propelling it towards the tree line.

Alright for this one you form the handseals, and then focus your wind chakra around your hand to form a blade of wind like this:

Ya I know, it's from halo, but that's basically what the shape of the wind blade is.

You then grip the blade of intangible wind as if you were holding a real "halo" xd sword, and then use it to attack your opponent, the row of wooden dummies over there. The slice that you do to the dummies should slice all 3 of them in half.

Due to the intangibility of the wind sword, this jutsu is basically unblockable. Try it out

Performs seals, gathers and compresses a large amount of chakra out of the hand in the shape of a sword. Gets a firm grasp on the "handle".
