Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Rat → Rabbit → Dog, the user takes a deep breath and exhales several small blasts of wind chakra.in such a manner that they are dispersed over an expansive range, enough to make it difficult to avoid them entirely without taking any damage. Due to the properties of this technique, the expelled blasts are capable of piercing into and potentially through an opponent's flesh when they collide, in a similar manner to how bullets function.

1.The strength of this jutsu lies in the fact according to the description it's very hard to escape the jutsu without getting any damage in the process has it is quit dispersed in it's range despite not being long ranged

2.The weakness of this jutsu lies in the fact that it requires hand seals to perform and sometimes you do not have that option in the first place if you are in a real tight postion or your hands are bound. Also a weakness could be the fact that despite it being dispersed widely in reach it still doesn't have a long reach has the maximum reach of it is only mid range.

I remember the hand seals that my senpai showed me and I do them nd perform them has follows Rat → Rabbit → Dog and has I am doing them I gather up huge amounts of wind chakra, I gather and I gather then I concentrate them into my lungs slowly infusing them with it along with the normal air still left in there.I then mix the wind chakra and the natural air in my lungs. I concentrate for a lil while I then release several wind blast small but wid mid range coverage , the clone tried to avoid some of the blasts but then he got caught in one of the other ones near him and then died and went to clone after life *[/QUOTE]

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog, the user takes a deep breath and spins his body around while exhaling, compressing the released air into a solitary blade of wind that covers a substantial area around the user, due to their circular motion. The resulting sharpened blast is large enough to slice through multiple targets located a significant distance from the user, causing grievous injuries to those hit

Ok basically how this works is you do the required handseals and spin your body around whileread a exhailing and compressing the released air into a solitary blade which can hit multiple targets that speard apart cause great damage to anyone how's hit

Now to perform this jutsu I want you to do the required handseals as your doing the handseals I want you to gather up a large amount ofhwind chakra as you gather up the wind chakra I want you to start spinning your body around now as your spinning I want you to exhail the wind chakra and compress it and turn it into a solitary blade and hit all my clone that are in different locations

1.The strenght of this jutsu lies in the fact that it can attack multiple targest thanks to it's circluar motion and considering that most battles (well most battles I have been involved in) mid range seems to be a preferred distances between opponents and this jutsu would be quite handy in that regard

2.The disadvantage of this jutsu lies in the fact that it requires 4 hand seals and while your preforming this jutsu your opponent can attack you.Also based on the description and in addition to the hand seals it looks like it's a slow acting tech and your opponent could possibly attack while your spinning and performing the hand seals.

* I see the 4 clones standing mid ranged from me and I kow what must be done. I start of by performing the required hand seals in perfect order of Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog and has I am performing the jutsu I gather up the necessary wind chakra around my body and distributing all through out my body. I then after completing the task I start to spin around and around and has I am doing that I start to inhale and then exhail. When am exhailing I am exahiling wind chakra and I compress it so that it forms into a solitary blade. I then focus my attention on the 4 clones who are surrounding me now. I then have my wind blade target the first clone then the second and then the third and last but not the least the fourth which leaves them all cut open and going poof in the end.*
