Ok this is a very useful technique and there's not much there is to know about this technique basicaly in my opion it is used to advoid techniques but you have use it properly

By staying mid to long range. Although if your opponent is in mid air his not really attacking you or harming you per say because his only moving out of the way. But if his on the ground and wants to conceal his pressence by creating dust cloud then it would be wise to create an earth wall between him so he can't escape or use the earth jutsu that allows you to sense your opponent while being underground.
3.How you would use this technique:

Ok I want you to do it again to dodge the kunia my clone is about to throw at you
Also I do not believe that a earth wall could stop a opponent from using the technique that allows you to go underground to sense your opponent movements on the surface the only thing earth wall does is create a wall it can not stop your opponet to go from underground

*I get lunched into mid air by a pillar of earth, am mid air and nothing unusual is happening besides the fact that I am mid air. All of a sudden kunais out of no where start to head my way. I panic but then I remembered the training from not to long ago.
Alright this is what I practiced for I thought I focus my chakra to my lungs and I take a deep breath and then I release the intense winds from my mouth towards the right side of my body so I can dodge the kunais coming at me in high speed.*
Question couldn't u just blow away the kunai with this jutsu when the kunais get to short range of you?

*I gather up my chakra and I inhale and exhale, concetrating on my overflowing chakra.I level it up and down to balance my chakra and it takes me a bit longer because this jutsu is stronger and require a bit more chakra control and a bit more chakra with a little more focus has well.After my chakra levels are evenly distributed through out my body I gently transfer a larger portion of my chakra to my hands and it becomes engulfed in chakra.I sensing it's the right time to unleash this tech begin to move my hands in front of me and I clap them together and I compress the air between my palms. I then using my senses release the powerful gale affecting the short ranges around me.Has the previous training the clone of my senpai begins to rush onwards to me and I begin to clasp my hand to create the powerful gale in my palms. Has he begins to move closer and closer on my I sensing is the right time I unleash the powerful gaze and behold the clone went poof*

everything is correct except for the part where you used it on my clone this is because you stated you held the jutsu there until my clone got close to you now I double checked with SY and he agrees with me you can not hold a jutsu like this one because the jutsu would for leave you open to attacks since your holding the jutsu there and two the jutsu would become unstable and eventaly disappear since the chakra is limited int the jutsu the chakra would run out now don't get me wrong there are jutsus like the Rasengan that you can hold in place because it is recompossed to be that way now this jutsu was not made to be held and therefore it can not be held once youcreate the gale it will be released and sent at your opponent
Now if you meant you starting compressing the air when my clone was in range it would work but the way you worded it made it seem like you compressed the air and created the gale before my clone was even in range of you

Ok there's not much to explain about this jutsu basically what this jutsu is a attack where you pull out a couple shuriken and infuse them with wind chakra and throw them at your opponent you can also make them spin faster then usal due to the wind chakra in them

I don't know if earth wall is fast enough but maybe you can set up an earth wall to protect yourself from the weapons.

although this one might be kinda lacking compared to my old ones because of the nature of the jutsu and the real life environment I am currently in
1.1 thing I like about this jutsu is the fact that it can be used against any length weather you'd be close up in my face or are standing long distance.I would use this jutsu especially on a fast charging opponent because the added motion will only help to make the jutsu more effective.
2.I would protect myself from this jutsu by creating a strong earth wall jutsu and creating two pillars of earth infront of my opponent to trap him. Also keep in mind wind is weak against earth. (I would love more info on how u defend against this jutsu since I am slightly lacking)

ok you are wrong in saying Wind is weak to Earth Wind is is weak to Fire not earth also the info you want is this:
Now in my opion the best way depend against it with a strong fire attack that works similar to this technique also this is simply a gust of wind so the earth wall would work but I believe it would tale to long to create the wall also a diffen0rent wind Jutsu would make a good counter but you would have to use one that takes less handsigns considering that wind is a very fastt attacking element annd moves very fast
