*I perform the Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog hand seals and gather a high mount of wind chakra in my lungs. Then I take a deep breath and start to blow out the chakra. As soon as it leaves my mouth I turn it into wind and form it into a thin and sharp blast. Then I start to spin toward my left and extend the wind in all around me. As I'm spinning the wind reaches your clone and makes it poof away.*

Meh I got confused while describing -.-" if I got the jutsu right, it can be used to destroy almost everything around me and attack multiple targets behind obstacles.

*I perform the necessary hand seals and gather a high amount of chakra in my body. Then I release it into the air around me and send it high in the sky. When the chakra is in position I infuse the coulds with it, making them darker and change them to storm clouds. As it's done I use some of it to collect wind and make it spinning. Then I just let the storm clouds do their job and only fuel and drag down the tornado to hit your clone and make her poof away.*

There are lot of ways to use it. hit the opponent in mid air, or keep him on the ground or even push him in a pit.

Description: A stronger version of the original Wind Release: Great Slashing Tornado technique. The user creates two localized tornadoes by flapping their Giant Fan. The first tornado ensnares the opponent in it and the second tornado combines with the first to create one giant tornado that slashes the opponent to death with razor sharp wind pinions. This technique can be performed by ninja who do not wield the Giant fan but require to make a sequence of 7 hand seals to perform the technique.

*I perform 7 hand seals and gather a high amount of wind chakra in my body. Then I release it into the air and separate it into 2. Then I turn both of them into wind and make them spinning. While I'm doing this I send 1 toward your clone and drag it into it. Then I send the other 1 too and make them collide, creating a twice bigger tornado and slash up your clone, making it poof away.*

1 of the most useless jutsus I've ever seen. not only slow, but easy to counter. I'd never use it if you ask me, however if I should, meh... maybe against giant summonings.

Average offensive jutsu, but good to counter incoming attacks. I'd mostly use it for close range and/or if my opponent is busy.

*I perform the Bird hand seal and gather a high amount of wind chakra in my lungs. Then I take a deep breath, raise my hands in front of my face, 1 above and 1 under my mouth and blow out the chakra from my mouth. As soon as it leaves my mouth I turn half of it into wind and the other half into dust. Then I direct it toward your clone and pushes her backward and make her poof away.*

Not too strong attack, but can be used to damage the opponent severely and blind/block his line of sight. It's also good to interrupt him.
