Ok, this is a counter-sealing technique. As it implies, you focus chakra on a seal that is placed on your body. By focusing the chakra in this seal, you can overcome it and break it. It's much like using kai to overcome genjutsus that are placed on you. Rp-wise, it can only release up to B-rank seals, be sure not to use it on A-ranks or people will give you a hard time with discussions

As you give me the instructions what to do, and see you placing a seal on me, I focus, clear my mind and breath in and out and concentrate my chakra into the seal you placed on me while making the plus sign with both my hands, breathing in and out and in the end causing it to break, making you unable to seal me any further.

Description: The user can use this technique to seal a portion of the targets chakra equivalent to 1 quarter of their chakra for a period of time reducing the level of techniques the opponent can use. Target with seal can only use up to B rank Level Techniques.
Note: Sealing Method lasts 2 turns.
Alright. Basically, it's the other way around now. Focus your chakra into your hands. While doing this, hit the opponent wherever you can hit them, though I always like to believe that near one of the gates makes this technique quicker (probably a lie though). Use the chakra to create a seal onto the opponent. You should create the seal so that, it drains the chakra from the opponent, though the drained amount is obviously dependent on the situation and should be a quarter of your own chakra (not like we work with the amounts of chakra anyways >.>). Doing so successfully disables the opponent's usage of all of his chakra, letting him only use up to B-rank. Need I say more why this is an awesome jutsu?
It's quick, and when successful it really puts the opponent in a pinch.

Description: When the user implements the Fuuinjutsu on a summoner, it removes any control over their summoned creature, this does not mean however the user gaining control of the summoning. To implement the seal the user first requires the blood of the target. When used the opponents summoning will disappear when the control has been removed.
Note: Can only be used twice.
This is basically the best you can have to a counter-summoning technique. I think, if not mistaking, it's the one Minato used against Tobi/Madara (WHATEVAH, I DON'T WANT FANBOY DISCUSSIONS/THEORIES JAMAL!). Anyways, after acquiring blood of the opponent, simply perform the summoning technique on them. That way, you can let the summons "poof" and go away. Pretty nifty if you ask me.

As you talk and throw the turd, I avoid it and pick up the tag of restriction, as that happens I make the plus handseal with both my hands and let a shadow clone appear next to me, as that happens I send all my chakra trough the tag and the moment I stomp on my clone I send the chakra throughout the body of my clone sending a electrical vibe trough his body, constructing the movement and making him unable to walk or do anything for a while.
