Yes, i tried looking for logic...chakra cant do everything, a person cant levitate with pure and only chakra.

She traveled at light because the seal is made to heal her even if she loses a limb, so when she traveled wit Mabui's technique she was able to resist the damage...

And there was no guaranteing that the chakra she placed on her feet would hold the almighty push.

Proof that a person can levitate with pure chakra, Sakura was able to manupulate water with pure chakra. She can cause explosion with pure chakra + her fist. Chakra is durable enough to protect her hands.
Kaguya seemed to imply that pure chakra was able to make her levitate, but anyway, I said nothing I levitation in this thread.

Tsunade activated the seal afterwards though, so she survived the teleportation of her own power.

She was going to use the chakra + her raw strength, he said something about overwhelming power, but who to say that his power was more overwhelming that hers?
And chakra does do everything, because it is the basis of life and jutsu in the manga.

Once releasing the seal she will focus all of the chakra in her body as she does with her first, but instead of releasing it she wont, causing her have a gravitation pull of her own, that would counteract the pull of Kaumi, and afvance form of chakra enhanced strength.
