Also for a water tornado
But no mixing like tha.. How r you gonna do it,
Stick your arm in it?

In Narutimate accel 2 Shippuden I think it was but in some Naruto game Kakashi's finisher is 3 Kakashi's via Shadow Clone doing 3 different Elements to attack the opponent. Water, Fire and Lightning I believe he used. It made a huge tornado that exploded.

I cant see why not... and it would be great if naruto would learn to do that in the manga cause mixing elements is very cool and powerfull ^^

It is also a very limited Bloodline.

no makeing a new element with your elements is a bloodline limit
but what he is doing is just basicly combining jutsu so im perty shure its alowd

Fire and weak
Fire is strong to wind
Fire cancels out wind.
It cant be done.

fire wont cancel out wind
wind would probably make the fire bigger into an inferno
