Fusing Jutsus

Hey people I was just wondering, in a battle would I be aloud to make 3 kage bushins and make each one of them use 1 of my elements and fuse the attacks into 1 big attack. for example...say if I used wind to create a tornado, could i then add water element to it and the thunder to create a tornado with water that shocks the opponent??? :naruto:

say if I am near a lake and i create a lightning tornado, its going to automatically suck up th water then it will have 3 elements which has 3 different effects on the opponent :naruto:

Its not a bloodline you just need lots of chakra like naruto so you can do lots of kage bunshins Im not talking about making a new element, its just using two elements in one

well its possible touse all of those together
and neji seperates the 2 powers and can use them together they dont have the same physics as we do and with chakra things work way different

yep thats right wind enhances fire but only if its a lower level techinque than the fire one
