(Inton: Ten ni Henkō) – Yin Release: Change into HeavenType: Offensive
Rank: B
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40 (+20 via Specialty)
Description: A technique where the user builds and gathers their raiton chakra before releasing it out towards their opponent. Instead of targeting the opponents body, the user targets their clothes. Imbuing their Raiton chakra into all of the opponents garments. The purpose of this is to enhance and increase the chances of static electricity build up created by the opponents clothes when they move via friction and what not. Embedding so much chakra into the clothes of the opponents, that even with the slightest of movements the user experiences small static shocks. This makes tasks such as performing handseals or making bodily movements particularly hard as the opponent will be repeatedly shocked while doing so. Not to mention that tasks such as running and sprinting become extremely cumbersome as large electrical discharges are sent through the opponents body repeatedly. Due to the fact that the larger and more boisterous the movements, the more frequent and powerful the static discharges. This effectively makes the opponents own clothes both their prison and possibly even their demise and undoing. Weather also has a play in the technique, should it be breezy then the opponents clothes will be moved by an exterior force, thus static electricity will be produced. When the opponent uses a water jutsu it plays little role in the static discharges, and if by any chance the discharges and the water meet, the electricity will simply conduct into the water technique as a exceptionally weak current that follows the waters flow and thus slightly empowers the jutsu. Even if the flow of the water was to result in the current conducting towards the opponent, since the static discharges are relatively weak unless exceptionally large movements are made, such as running, the damage dealt wouldn't be that great. Simply minor shock and possibly momentary paralysis at worst.
Notes:
- Can only be used 2x
- Lasts for two turns
- No Raiton jutsu above A rank for the rest of the turn.
- Can only be taught by Scaze

Description: The user manipulates a technique of the basic 5 elements with Yin natured energy, allowing the user to change its physical properties. Fire can become solid, lightning can become tangible, water can become invisible. Possibilities are limited to changes in physical properties; more specifically, this means that one cannot transform a flame into a spiritual flame, or make a rock intangible. The user must be able to clearly define what the new technique is within realistic limitations. If, for example, the user makes Swamp of the Underworld into something solid then it might neutralize the entire point of the technique. The resulting technique must be described logically; if this condition is not met then the technique might outright fail. The end result is a technique neutral to all basic elemental natures. This technique is applied within the same timeframe as the technique it is applied to. The infused chakra increases the technique by an additional ten, but costs fifty in total.
Note: Yin Release specialists can apply this technique to advanced fields, CE, and advanced elements.
Note: Using Change into Heaven to transform the inherent nature of an element does not modify its base speed.
Note: Usable 3 times per battle and 6 times per arc.
It's not Barney you're fighting, but Kiana instead. It will be my first time using the Byakugan in the history of my RP, so bear with me."You're not going anywhere!" Intent on capturing the white haired individual, so they could use him to further their actions. Fushi would channel chakra through his body as he would release a sort of algae chakra as a green hue that would en-coat their garments. This would make their clothing start to grow algae that would entangle them and limit their movement sharply and stiflingly straggling them. While in range, Fushi would draw his (CW) blade. It wouldn't matter much what the opponent had to say in that matter. She was not having any of it. With her Byakugan passively activated as one of the beautiful things her clans lineage has gifted her with, she would notice that her opponent was up to something. The fluctuations within his chakra system would tell her to stay alert as he would commence his assault. As an immediate response, she would react to his chakra seeping outwards and starting to latch onto her. Before it would fully latch in order to continue with its designed task of growing around her, she would finally utilize one of her most prized abilities, the Capsaicin Release. It was a long while that she had acquire the ability to use it in battle, but it didn't saw much use, until now. It seemed like the perfect opportunity to. The Capsaicin would materialize all around her, fending of the Algae, rendering them useless. As it would still persist around her she would manipulate it further, pushing it away with a pushing motion with her hands, as a globule of Capsaicin while in short range, after which she would take control or it with Desperate Deathwish. This would simultaneously change its SHU value to its maximum, making it a dangerous ordeal to face.
OOC: I would argue that the Caps is strong against Algae due to the nature of the element even though it's not listed in the S&W, but will continue as if they're neutral for the added challenge.
(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye (Passive)
Type: Supplementary
Rank: C
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 15 (+5 per turn to keep active)
Damage: N/A
Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.
To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.
Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Sannin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.
Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.
Kapusaichinton: Kujū-kyoku | Capsaicin Release: Agonizing Authority
Type: Offensive/Supplementary/Defensive
Rank: D/S rank
Range: Short to Mid
Chakra: 10/40
Damage: 20/80
Description: Agonyzing Autorhity is a technique based on the main release of Capsaicin, namely the high SHU variant where the Capsaicin is used to inflict harm to the opponent when in contact with his skin. To execute this technique, the user molds his chakra to create from his body or materialize onto the battlefield, as well as manipulate already existing Capsaicin into various structures and constructs, such as weapons, tools, projectiles, walls, etc. This is a very basic technique, however, it's effects, usage and power shouldn't be ignored. With a wide variety of simple applications it is the foundation for other, more complex Capsaicin techniques. This technique can be used to create a source for other Capsaicin techniques and since it's based on shape manipulation the users creativity is the limit. It is important to note that the objects cannot be bigger than the range that they can be used up to. This technique also allows the user to manipulate Capsaicin with hand gestures (push, pull, move, shape manipulate, etc), however, this only works for Capsaicin within short range of the user.
Note: Can't use A rank and above Capsaicin techniques in the next turn if S rank variant is used
Note: S rank variant can only be used 2 times per battle
Kapusaichinton: Desuparēto shi onegai | Capsaicin Release: Desperate Deathwish
Type: Offensive
Rank: S rank
Range: Short to Mid
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80
Description: Desperate Deathwish is, just as its name suggests, a technique of high caliber that pushes the victims to the limits in terms of coping with pain. It is based on the maximum SHU value (16,000,000 SHU) that is aimed to cripple the opponent's body by overwhelming his nerves on contact with Capsaicin. The technique itself is a very fast projectile that the user spits out of his mouth in the form of a waxy globule of Capsaicin but it can also be used in hand to hand combat, allowing the user to apply the Capsaicin on touch with his hands on the opponent or inanimate objects like weapons, etc. The projectile, however, is aimed at the opponent and if it hits, the opponent would immediately start feeling the heat and pain that Capsaicin causes. This pain would push the opponent to the limits of the pain scale. Regarding the projectile itself, it can reach up to mid range and it is of the size of a basketball. Due to the nature that Capsaicin works, by binding to the TRPV1 receptor and prompting it to send a massive influx of calcium ions into the brain in order to signalize heat and pain, Capsaicin doesn't have the property to induce nerve and tissue damage itself. However, the influx of calcium ions signals the brain that there's a burning sensation and basically tricks the brain into inflaming the tissue as if it has undergone a burn or abrasion and the resulting inflammation causes tissue damage. The tissue damage happens if the opponent doesn't remove the Capsaicin in contact within the immediate turn. This is the reason why the technique is named Desperate Deathwish, symbolically implying that the opponent should rather end his life than endure the agonyzing pain and suffer through tissue death.
Note: Can't use Capsaicin techniques above A rank for 2 turns
Note: Can only be used again after 2 turns of cooldown
Note: Can only be used 2 times per battle

Description: Hungry Ghost is a spiritual parasite created through the user’s Yin Release chakra. When using an elemental jutsu, the user will form the ram hand seal to seal the hungry ghost within their technique. Sealing the hungry ghost inside one’s technique happens within the same timeframe as their elemental technique. When the user’s technique clashes with another technique, the parasitic Yin Chakra will eat away at the chakra within the technique, weakening it by one rank. Once the hungry ghost consumes foreign chakra it is released and immediately attaches itself to the source of the foreign chakra (the opponent). From there, the parasite continues to eat away at the enemy’s chakra every time they use techniques (all techniques reduce in rank and power by 1 degree). Once the Hungry Ghost is released, its tether is immediate and cannot be blocked or circumvented by ordinary means. The effects of Hungry Ghost last for 4 turns.
Note: Can only be used 5 times per battle and cannot be used on the same target more than twice.
Note: Surges or Barriers that utilize Yin, Yang, Yin-Yang or Natural Energy can break or prevent the tethering of the Hungry Ghost.
Note: Yin Release master can apply this technique to advanced elements and CE
Note: Hungry Ghost can only be used on S-rank techniques and below.

Description: Eywa encapsulates the user's universal control over Algae. Through the use of a single handseal, the user can birth algae, or re-shape preexisting algae into various offensive, defensive, or supplementary structures of varying strengths and sizes. By exploring the full spectrum of Algae’s semi-solid, formless and aggregate nature various effects can be achieved, such as waves and blasts of sludge-esque algae, densely packed algae for hard walls, rigid spears, spikes and the like, or shaped yet flexible structures such as whips or tendrils and so on. Algae can adopt various hues and colours, continuously grow and proliferate if left unattended. Birthed algae can either be released from the user's’ body, from a source of water (whole or aggregate), a pre-existing source of algae, or from moisture saturated earth, and its strength and size will vary according to the amount of chakra utilised to create it. In the case of reshaping existing algae however, the size and strength will correlate to that of the original structures. Eywa also facilitates the creation of seaweed-esque structures, and the release of Algal spores that can be triggered at a later date.( These being generic spores that entail generic applications explored and alluded to within the CE submission.)
- At the cost of 10 chakra per turn, the user can sustain control over created structures for continuous manipulation that allows structures to be guided through land, sea or sky, this however limits the user to the usage of Algae, the elements it is composed of, and non elemental abilities. It can be maintained for a maximum of four turns.
- By expending 5 chakra the user can amplify the colour pigments of the created algal bloom for the effect of bioluminescence- bioluminescence is prevalent across a variety of algae species and - in accordance with Algae's generalist catch-all nature, and the nature of Eywa as a generalist technique of such an element, the effect of bioluminescence can be summoned in Eywa Algae. Bioluminescent algae will glow with an intense light.
- S ranked applications require two handseals and can only be utilized thrice.
-No S-Rank or above Algae in the user's next turn when the S-Rank version is utilized
It was an incredible advantage, having such a set of powerful eyes alike the Byakugan. It was almost cheating, being able to see the opponent almost form the inside out, being able to recognize chakra fluctuations and being able to react to them quickly. This of course helped Kiana react to what she saw coming by abandoning her previous idea, instead opting for her specialty. Once she pushed the Capsaicin away from her body forward, towards the opponent still in the globuline form as previously mentioned, instead of using Desperate Deathwish to empower it and change its SHU, as a response to the opponent molding chakra for his own technique and clasping his hands for the first of the three handseals, she would perform one of her own. Immediately, the opponent would be put under an illusion where he would fail in the execution of his second handseal for the algae technique, making his technique fail before it could fully be executed, subsequently also failing the yin technique. This would also leave him open without time to react to the Capsaicin globule that happily flew through the air towards him, smacking him im the torso and clinging onto his clothing. The Capsaicin itself didn't have a high SHU value so the burning damage would be moderate at best, but the sheer blunt force would be that of a 60 damage technique, weakened because of the previous interaction with the Algae. Witnessing this was very satisfying so Kiana would conclude her move by summoning Aoi onto the battlefield and having her release a powerful jet of water at the opponent.OOC: You good. Fushi would quickly see the enemy change their chakra into some sort of unknown texture. It rushed towards him quite so fast that he surge and envelop the whole terrain in rapid brith of algae, consuming the opponent at the same time as it quickly came to be, he had made another seal along with the initial to mix Yin into the jutsu. The clash wouldn't be sensed until afterwards that their spiritual state was weakened. "What element is that??"

Kure-n Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Sono Aoi Keimei | Crane Summoning Technique: The Blue DawnRank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid

Description: The user performs a single handseal and places a genjutsu upon the opponent. The genjutsu consists of tricking the opponents brain into suffering from Dysgraphia. Dysgraphia is a neurological deficiency that impairs the ability to write, same as basic motor skills. The inability to write is also referred to as Agraphia, which is a complete loss of ability to write and spell when writing. Also, persons with agraphia can't transform graphemes in written language. The impairment of motoric skills manifests in the inability of the victim to perform handseals properly, confusing them and not being able to place his hands correctly, which results in not being able to successfully mold chakra for the upcoming jutsu. The purpose of the genjutsu is to make the opponent unable to write seals for sealing techniques as well as other techniques that require seals and symbols to be written on scrolls in order to be performed, same as performing handseals for techniques that require them. With the inability to write proper seals, same as performing correct handseals, the opponent's attempt to perform such techniques would result in a fail. The genjutsu lasts for 2 turns, unless the opponent frees himself by then. The opponent is still, however, capable of performing techniques that don't require handseals, and those that don't require writing seals in general.

The Blue Dawn is a big blue crane, with red eyes and a orange long beak, with a wing spam of 15 meters. Calm, composed and with a naturally leadership demeanor, when she is on the ground, standing on her two legs, she is about 3 meters tall. Being the Matriarch of the Cranes, she stands as their leader. Capable of communicating with his summoner either through speech or through a special mind link. Her powers are unrivaled as are her flying grace and speed while also being a master manipulator of Water. Unable to use Water jutsu themselves, she can, however, use 3 water based abilities which more than make up for that small short coming.

He then, felt his seal trigger much akin to his will, it would take his chakra fusing it into a state of raiton chakra as he turned into lightening countering the incoming element, his choice of element was merely due to it being his very second dominate element of will. His body's chest would lighten in a bright shine as the impact made no success in affecting him, his elemental counter made a perfect clash of the two encounters (A-rank Lightening Seal vs A/S-rank Capsaicin [Weak to Raiton?]).Type: Supplementary/Defensive
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A (-30 on activation)
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will have a seal on their body with the Kanji for a specific element and it will lay dormant until the user is physically struck, be it by an attack, weapon or an opponent. Whenever the user is physically interacted with (e.g. punched, stabbed, shot), their body will instantly exhibit all of the properties of the chosen element. This doesn't mean their body merely has the properties of the element but rather when interacted with the targeted part(s) of the body will passively dissipate into storm energy or harden into steel (effect depends on the chosen element). If for example the user is stabbed and they turn into storm energy, the bladed weapon would merely phase through their energy-composed body and leave them unaffected. On the other side of the scale, if the user's body hardens into steel then the attack will simply do them no harm. After the attack or strike has passed through them, their body will automatically revert itself to it's normal appearance. Since this technique usually only applies to specific parts of the body, any unconverted portions of the user's body can still be moved/controlled/used as normal. While in this form, the user can only use the element they transformed into, the element's it's composed of and any combination of the aforementioned element as well as any non-elemental abilities. This technique enables the user to defend against A-Ranks and below of neutral elements (B-Ranks and below for weaknesses, S-Ranks and below for strengths). If the user is struck with an attack that will neutralize their transformation, the two cancel one another out and the user reverts to their original form unharmed. If the user is struck with an attack that overpowers their transformation, the user's body reverts to it's original form and sustains the remaining damage (after the collision of techniques). The only exception to this rule is if the two chosen elements have no sort of interaction with one another (e.g. Fire and Lightning), in which case rank differences will not matter. Regardless of how the user is hit, this can be a full body or partial transformation (depends on the user’s choice). Should they be struck by a physical attack capable of cancelling out their transformation (e.g. a sword streaming nagashi), the sword will remain inside them on reversion and they’ll be impaled by the blade.
Notes:
-Can only be taught by Detective L.
-This seal can only activate twice per battle and lasts one turn
-This technique must be stated in user's biography
-Follows elemental strengths and weaknesses
-User must possess the given element and it cannot be a CE

The chakra cloak wasn't merely for show as it allowed him complete control of the genjutsu upon him, merely entering the will and drowning it out.Type: Mode

Description: Based on Hagoromo’s Six Paths Sage Mode, those who have specialized in Yin Release can enter this mode to elevate their prowess, reaching the pinnacle of spiritual capabilities. Because the user lacks the Juubi’s monstrous chakra and natural energy it makes it impossible to properly balance both Yin and Yang natures simultaneously at such a high level. When entering this mode, users first gather their five basic chakra natures and their Yin nature. They then manipulate the ratio of their Yin to Yang chakra such that one nature almost completely overshadows the other, done almost instantly. The result causes the user to enter Yin State. Yin State is the state entered by users when they emphasize their Yin chakra over their Yang. In this state the user is endowed with a pitch-black chakra cloak with white magatama down the center, along the collar and sleeves. The cloak can be shaped cosmetically. The cloak reaches down to the user’s ankles and covers a jet-black jumpsuit is underneath. The user’s nails, lips, hair, and sclera also become jet black. When Yin State is entered the user gains the technique Kuninotokotachi. Kuninotokotachi is a Genjutsu technique that grants the user spiritual prowess on par with the Uchiha’s Mangekyou Sharingan. When casting Genjutsu the user’s techniques become strong enough to hypnotize and almost completely control their opponent’s actions like Kotoamatsukami. While in Yin State the user gains a potent spiritual defense, making them immune to any A-Rank and below Genjutsu, barring Doujutsu Illusions. The user also gains a complete S-Rank defense against other spiritual and mental based abilities. Those abilities that inflict physical damage will still inflict physical damage, but have their spiritual portion negated. The drawback to this state is that the disproportional amount of energy makes users incapable of using Yang Release techniques and other physically elevating techniques. Advanced forms of taijutsu movement (anything that requires chakra or is B-rank and above) also become unusable.
Note: This technique only lasts 6 turns and can be used once per battle.
Note: One must have completed Yin Release in order to use this technique. The user can only use either Yin or Yang state on any bio, unless they are a Yin-Yang Release Master.
Note: Once the technique ends the user’s spiritual or physical chakra is drained to the barest minimum for their survival, thus making them incapable of using Yin, Yang, or Yin-Yang Release techniques for 10 turns and incapable of using Genjutsu or spiritual abilities for 5 turns.
Note: Once this technique ends the user is unable to use techniques above A-Rank for 4 turns.

Description: The user preforms 1 handseal, casting a genjutsu that affects the opponents' brain, making him loose control over his own techniques, by exaggerating on the proportions of said technique. For example, if the person goes to spit a fireball, the stream that is spat is bigger than usual, burning the face and anything near it. Or when the person runs electricity through his the body, loss of control makes it short-circuit and shock the body. Or when the user encases him/herself in earth, the earth constricts around the body, harming and preventing breathing. This does not serve to augment the damage of the technique, if the opponent manages to fulfill the technique, it just makes it backfire. This genjutsu doesn't work on every technique nor on every situation, the user must balance the usage of this technique with situations where increasing the technique would make it backfire. Only one jutsu is affected by the technique, the following ones will not be.
*The genjutsu will only affect people from the same rank and bellow. Sharingan users or other Genjutsu specialists will be able to affect one rank above*
When you've got a strong and loving connection with your summon like Aoi and Kiana had, it was easy to deal with all kinds of trouble. It also becomes easier to coordinate attacks and tactics. This would prove to be true as Kiana saw a foreign chakra seep into Aoi, even before it would enter her chakra stream. It was funny, because Kiana expected that it would be aimed at her, but instead it would affect her summon. Weird. Did this guy somehow know the summon would attack instead of Kiana? This made no sense, but Kiana didn't really care as it was comical. Through their special mindlink, Kiana would exchange a few quick thoughts with Aoi, asking her what she thought would be the best course of action, taking virtually no time."I shall have that ability soon eh-" Instantaneously as he detected the change in his chakra, his world would fail without a single delay. The chakra cloak wasn't merely for show as it allowed him complete control of the genjutsu upon him, merely entering the will and drowning it out.
He was now seeing the world anew yet overwhelmed by its incomplete power, promptly after having her summon her summoning creature he'd wave the confrontation seal to cast a genjutsu on it, this would make it blow the water jet stream as an explosion at blank point due to incomplete usage in contorl, harming it along those in range to it due to the back draw effect. With its horrid control, Fushi would be unharmed as the foils happened a few meters away from him watching the ploy. Furthermore, he had disabled its ability to be release from the genjutsu via foreign chakra surging methods (Via Speciality).
(Genjutsu: Saru no Sobaeru) Illusion Technique: Prankster Monkey
Walking towards the lady calmly he prepared himself for a retaliation (Mid-range to Short-range), "Surrender, and tell me what that element you had used earlier called. What are it's natures, refusal shall only be your undoing."

Having said his suggestion to her, she would rather have her summon attempt an attack. His initial instinct was spot on, the spewed water would then be manipulated by her resulting in his mood to become completely foul. "Wretched woman! I see you'd prefer to be beaten into submission then, so be it!"When you've got a strong and loving connection with your summon like Aoi and Kiana had, it was easy to deal with all kinds of trouble. Through their special mindlink, Kiana would exchange a few quick thoughts with Aoi, asking her what she thought would be the best course of action, taking virtually no time.
K: You're about to fail your technique due to an illusion.
A: How do you know?
K: Because I have the same technique in my arsenal. I recognize it's chakra pattern. Do you want me to release you?
A: No, let it fail. That will release me, right? You take control of the water.
K: Yes, great idea.
Timing would have to be impeccable for what was about to go down, and it went as followed. Aoi would gather her chakra and start spewing it outwards at the opponent in the form of a jet as previously intended. Her chakra would then be altered in such a way that would force her to lose control of the jet. At that moment, Kiana would take over the water, using it as a water source for her own technique, before the effects could become devastating and damage them. Using her unique Panthalassic chakra, she would manipulate the forming water into a fast projectile of PW that would take form of a coelacanth fish. The fish would swim through the air at her opponent while oozing PW in all its danger, flooding the battlefield with radioactive mist, while the opponent would take his stroll towards them, only reducing his distance and time to react to her technique. All the time, Kiana would keep an eye on her opponent, following his chakra system closely and noting the minute differences. This was no minute difference however. It seemed like something drastically changed about him. They would have to be very careful going forward, so Aoi was ready to react while Kiana continued her assault.
K: Be ready.
They both chose to ignore the man and his ramblings, focusing their efforts into defeating him instead. They would adress his dead body, after they were done with him.
( Oujuusuiton: Shi-rakansu ) Panthalassic Water Release: Devonian ⤘ Coelacanth
Type: Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary
Rank: D-S
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 10-40
Damage Points: 20-(80+20)=100
Description: Coelacanth is basic application of the Panthalassic Water Release with a great versatility of usage. It consist on producing or manipulating panthalassic water into the shape of a massive ancestral tetrapod, with a glowing core of acqua marine fanged skeleton that showcases the four-limbed skeleton of the fish, while warning to the corroding radioactivity and burning temperature of the water, which leaks out in a trail of panthalassic water as it moves through the air or water. The projectile can be produced from existing water sources, mist or spat out, or it can be a simple manipulation of existing panthalassic water sources. The coelacanth-like projectile produces great damage from the highly dense water, like a ton of bricks, and from the burning corrosion of the element. The projectile has enough fluidity and versatility to be able separate and join together effortlessly, as it byparts into multiples of 2, where the projectiles halve in power and size, at a minimum division of D rank in power, or 16 individual projectiles, the size of 2 average male adults, giving the original one about the size of half a Boss Summoning.
Note: The coelacanth can be produced, and manipulated through body motions, in separated or original form anywhere within Mid-range, freely within Short-Range, and can be shot in a linear manner outside of Mid-range.
Note: The user can produce lower versions of the coelacanth projectile following the previous descriptions, but allowing less and less divisions as the original coelacanth gets smaller, for example, a B rank can only split into 4 D Ranks, and the D rank variant is a single projectile.
Note: S rank can only be used 3 times per battle with no PW techniques above A rank in the following turn, 4 times per event. The A rank can only be used every 3 turns. B rank can only be used every 2 turns, but allows for up to 2 multiple usages of the technique.
Note: Separating or changing the direction through control will count as one of the three moves per turn.
( Oujuusuiton: Hottan ) Panthalassic Water Release: Hadean ⤘ Origin (Reference)
Rank: N/A
Range: N/A
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: N/A
Description: Origin is a Passive technique that pertains to the consequences of interacting with Panthalassic Water's Radioactivity. As it comes from self-radiolysis, Panthalassic Water exudes a great amount of energy, increasing the core temperature of the element into burning degrees, while acquiring a great corrosion effect onto organic matter. As such, the effects of the element will be split into two different categories, Radiation Poisoning and Corrosion Burning, though they are linked.
Corrosion Burning is induced on contact with the element, and happens due to the high injection of energy into the target and the element itself, breaking up the cells essentially corroding the target's tissues. These range from Mild to Medium to Severe. In Mild, the initial damage from D-C Ranks, the tissues will have a bright red coloring indicative of first degree burning, and will itch and tingle highly and uncomfortably as the corrosion takes effect. In Medium, the initial damage of B-A ranks, the skin will break apart with second degree burning and boiling, and the itchiness will spread to the peripheral areas while the points of contact will hurt beyond that of a normal burning. In Severe, the initial damage of S and higher, the pain will be unbearable and spread quickly to the peripheral areas, while the main targetted areas will melt away even numbing the sensation as it corrodes through flesh and nerves. The effects of Corrosion Burning are stackable, so they increase in severity rank every turn the contact remains. Depending on the area burnt, the effects can be fatal, especially when targeting vital areas of the body. Effects do not revert when contact is lost, unless healed.
Radiation Sickness is induced on contact with the element , it pertains to the inner consequences of being infused with Panthalassic Water radiation on a cellular and systematic level. This also incorporates PW's property of severing water chakra, in the sense that it's parasitic properties will spread through the chakra system as well as the organ system. The effects range for Mild to Medium to severe. In Mild, the initial effect of D-C Ranks, the Radiation Sickness will cause generalized weakness and loss of dexterity preventing the usage of high ranking Taijutsu and techniques or elements that utilize Water Chakra ( S and Above ), and losing the ability to aim properly. In Medium, the initial effect of B-A ranks, the weakness will spread into generalized sweating and organ failure, as well as small but multiple fish egg-like tumors from the chakra unbalance. It prevents the usage of Taijutsu and Water beyond that of C rank or Basic Ninjutsu beyond A rank, the target will be unable to properly chain together more than 2 handseals without fumbling. In Severe, the sickness will cause multiple organ failure and possible hallucination, mostly making the opponent see double or blurry, and hearing loud roaring sounds or scratching like those of dinosaurs or other ancient creatures and insects. The user will be unable to stand and his water chakra usage is severed completely, as are his ability to chain handseals or utilize Basic Ninjutsu beyond D rank. The effects are stackable the more turns the opponent remains in contact with the element, increasing one rank per turn and require one full turn to fully mature. The effects decrease 1 rank each turn if the opponent breaks contact with the element and do not stack unless the target remains in contact. One turn after Severe effect results in loss of consciousness, two turns results in Death, both do not revert when contact is lost unless healed. If the target inhales the element, it will take 3 turns for the effects to reduce by 1 rank.
Note: Panthalassic Release users have a high degree of immunity when it comes to their own element, allowing them to touch or be in their element relatively safe and harmlessly. When they compare to other users, though, their immunity is not so strong. They delay the effects by one rank and require double the amount of time to increase in severity, while require half the time to recover when not exposed. Likewise, they can completely counter each other's radioactivity effect by utilizing their own techniques against them.
Note: This technique also allows for the possibility of converting Water Chakra into Panthalassic Chakra, so that the user can perform Water Release techniques as Panthalassic Water. This can be done in the same timeframe as a water technique, used 4 times per battle. This will cost one of the users 3 moves per turn.

(Fuuin: Kichigai Kouyou) - Sealing Technique: Mad Enhancement (Algae Effect) (Passive)Type: Supplementary
Rank: C
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 15 (- 5 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description: This is a very advanced of advancing the ability to feel and sense chakra. The technique allows the user to concentrate and detect someone's chakra. Users can use this to determine the nature of a jutsu used as well as sense masses of chakra. The use of this can be compared to Sharingan's brutish level of sensory, able to sense collection of chakra but not the level of clarity and precision Byakugan has.
Note: Can only be used by bios with Sensory ability.
Note: After having on a bio for 1 month, users gain the ability to activate Sensory passively.
(Inton: Gogyou Gen) – Yin Release: Five Elements Illusion "Passive"Type: Supplementary
Rank: A (S-rank via Yin Elements Jutsu)
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 30
Damage: N/A
Description: The user will passively apply a seal with the Kanji for "Madness" on their body. This technique will both distort how their body but also their techniques appear. A barrier of chakra will form over their body in the form of a black haze of chakra cloaks the user's body without obscuring their sight. The haze casts anyone who looks upon it in an external genjutsu (A-Rank) that constantly shifts the user's outline like an off-focus photograph, thereby obscuring any discerning marks or features. The mist-like illusion also causes his image to double or triple randomly, making him appear to be a hallucination. It essentially creates the effect of the user's body flickering from side to side across a one-meter area too fast for the eyes to track without the creation of after-images. This isn't to be confused with the user moving back and forth, this effect can solely be attributed to the genjutsu induced by the haze and will occur even if the user is standing still. This throws off techniques which require a clear line of sight or concentration on the user's position. This effect will occur regardless of the opponent's tracking speed. As for the user's techniques, their distorted image will depend on it's state of matter. Solid techniques will appear pitch black with red lines of light across them, liquid techniques will appear as blood, gaseous techniques will appear as a black smog and energy-based techniques will appear a dark-red colour. This lasts until deactivated.
Notes:
-Can only be taught by Detective L
-Can only be used twice per battle
( Kuninotokotachi ) - Kuninotokotachi (Passive) [Turn 1/2]Type: Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: N/A
Chakra: N/A (+50 chakra cost to applied technique)
Description: This technique allows the user to combine their elemental chakra with Yin Release in order to create stronger, more potent Genjutsu. When the user casts a Genjutsu, rather than using their raw chakra they will use one of the basic elemental natures, thus increasing the potency of the jutsu. This technique increases the technique it is applied to by one rank in strength; due to the massive infusion of chakra a Genjutsu empowered by the Five Elements Illusion can penetrate through any passive defense or subversive method against Genjutsu. By using nature chakra rather than raw chakra, the properties of the Genjutsu can change in accordance to that nature and become stronger. For example, using Crushing Snake Constriction with Fire Release chakra would make the snakes appear, feel, and sound as though they were on fire. The user is free to alter the effects of a Genjutsu within reason as long as the primary effects remain the same. Like other Yin-Yang infusions, this technique only increases the chakra within the technique by an additional rank in strength, or 10, whichever is higher.
Note: Can only be used 6 times per battle.
Note: Cannot be used on techniques above S-Rank.
Note: Yin Release specialists can use advanced elements and CE.
Type: Supplementary
Rank: Forbidden
Range: N/A
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: This technique is the strongest non-kekkei genkai genjutsu in existence. Kuninotokotachi gives the user’s genjutsu powerful hypnotic and influential abilities and puts them on par with the ocular powers of the Mangekyou Sharingan. The user hides manipulative thoughts and suggestions within their genjutsu such that, when cast on an opponent, they are indistinguishable from their own thoughts. The effects of this technique are strongest the closer one is to the user, allowing the user to influence the actions of others even subliminally. Long enough exposure to the user’s genjutsu while under the affects of Kuninotokotachi will eventually render victims completely unconscious, unable to respond at all. At such a point, the only ways to release the hold of Kuninotokotachi would be for the user to release it themselves, for the user to die or an outside source to transfer at least 150 chakra from Yin techniques or 75 chakra from Yang techniques to balance. Because of the strength of Kuninotokotachi, abilities designed to prevent genjutsu such as mental resistances, barriers, and other seals of the like are ineffective. With this technique the only way to avoid genjutsu would be to prevent them from happening or stay out of range. On the defensive side, Kuninotokotachi allows for the user to reverse genjutsu like Sharingan Genjutsu and even release the affects of techniques like Tsukuyomi.
Note: The hypnosis of this technique allows for the user to mask holes within a genjutsu that would ordinarily cause speculation. For example, if using false surroundings for a sudden drastic environment change, the user could implant a suggestion that would force the opponent not to question how suddenly the environment changed or to ignore certain aspects such as “the water isn’t wet.” However, these suggestions must be spelled out within the user’s move and must pertain to the affects of the genjutsu. A user cannot force opponents to forget how to defend against x-element or make them use y-technique if the genjutsu’s foundation does not establish such foundations.
Note: The effects of this technique are strongest the closer one is to the target. Within short-range users can capture others within their hypnotic spell and completely take over their body within 2 turns. At mid-range the hypnotic spell takes 3 turns, and long range is ineffective. Those with genjutsu specialty can resist for an additional turn while other Yin Release masters can resist for another 2 additional turns are unaffected at mid-range and beyond.
Note: The user can reverse genjutsu with this technique once per turn (one turn cool down for S-rank and above). Should the user fall under the spell of Mangekyou tier genjutsu the user can release the affects at the cost of a move but become incapable of using genjutsu for two turns after the fact.
Note: This technique remains active for as long as the user is within the Yin State of Yin-Yang Mode.
Kiana is a genjutsu Apex specialist so it would take 3 turns for the unconsciousness part to set in.Having said his suggestion to her, she would rather have her summon attempt an attack. His initial instinct was spot on, the spewed water would then be manipulated by her resulting in his mood to become completely foul. "Wretched woman! I see you'd prefer to be beaten into submission then, so be it!"
With her manipulating the stream to avoiding harm for her party, Fushi would inhale as he then exhaled into a new sensory sense, his body now acted much like an antenna. He'd read his opponent's chakra with ease now as he understood she wasn't merely manipulating the water, but also rather conjuring it to become another unknown element. Sadly, those moments as she prepared to quickly launch it as him. Fushi had willed it no more worth having a discussion to ease her enabling his seals. He was to usurp her freedom of thought in due time as he awaited her to stop resisting.
Both her now and her summon would see Fushi turn into a forestation of algae flora as they'd ride it to escape onwards to their opponent's left (Fushi's right). Meanwhile, his Yin-state further limited her mental psychic, it restricted doubts of whether it wouldn't be his actual locational movements ("techniques become strong enough to hypnotize, and almost completely control"). This in turn would be coupled with the a restriction to her surge release methods; meanwhile unbeknownst her, she would be under the most potent genjutsu, which made her to begin to reason that this fight wasn't worth it, and that she should teach him the element he desired (Kuninotokotachi's effect).
Watching as her new elemental jutsu, now in a form of a coelacanth fish, race past him to his right, he would keep moving around her in a counter-clockwise (her actual right side/ Fushi's left) circular movement, watching her in a close-range now. The summon dazed along with her master as it too believed his locational means being the same as her master, yet at times not (individualistic occurring).
