mizukages
trollkage stands a chance (loses imo but puts up a good fight)
Mei is far below Itachi's level... even a sannin might beat him

tsuchikages
they are the most OP kages after hokages of course
both Muu and Onoki puts up a good fight Muu might beat him (though my money is on Itachi)

raikages
the 3rd Raikage gets defeated by genjutsu
A's only adventage would be speed but since Itachi kept up with KCM Naruto I'm sure A can't "speedblitz" him (as fanboys say) even if he catches him it will be a crow clone or genjutsu... I can't see A win...

2. This: thunder god slash rasengan katon jutsus enma are countered with crow clones not legit either. Those are CROW CLONES and the others are KAGE. Do you really see kage being fooled by crow clones? Crow clones?! They are good and pretty advanced to recognize the real one and the fake, that's a chunin feat. That's it, you've got too much crow clone imagination XD

Will deffinetly give itachi a run for his money and yet we still dont know much about minato... with just 2-3 techs we have already accepted he can take on itachi... and yet he still has yet to show his chakra nature... all his sealing jutsu which are the most deadly thing about him.. not to mention having RDS essentially never lets him lose.. he can always end the match in a stale mate...

Mei terumi/5th mizukage - most people under rate her greatly but her techs have so much potential... her corrosive mist ability allows her to melt susano away... also i should point out that itachi's crow clones are normally genjutsu... genjutsu or not being around a corrosive mist will not make it easy for itachi and the mizukages lava abilities make things even more difficult aswell ... The mizukage would fare better against itachi than people think

3rd kazekage.. iron sand... makes for an incredible defence... his sand was never said to be that slow.. i would say it is probally just as fast maybe a little slower than gaara's sand.. however we dont no enough about the 3rd kazekage imo to say much

3rd raikage... ok il let u have this one.. since he is quite the straight forward fighter.. he seems to be someone who would fall into a genjutsu of itachi's quite easily.. but he is not to be under estimated either....


tbh its not surprising itachi has good chance against the kages since he is kage level himself.. his techs are quite hax but dont think things would always be so simple as to say amatersu and totsuka will always end it because they wont.. there is no guarantee they will always hit..

i will agree itachi has a good chance against quite a few... but deffinetly not all kages... most fights can go both ways
