Also, Kabuto can be in Sage Mode for as long as he wants.
There is something that I didn't mentioned above... Kabuto could've revived any dead shinobi during his battle against Itachi and Sasuke but he didn't, yet he owned both of them. Itachi without Sasuke would've lost... Doesn't matter if Itachi had unlimited chakra and instant regeneration or not.

You see, Itachi-wankers don't have any solid points except for "ITACHI SOLOS" or "ITACHI IS SOLO KING HE CAN'T LOSE!!!111"

If sealing someone with the Totsuka Sword was so easy than Itachi would've annihilated Akatsuki the moment he had joined them. As for Shisui's Eyes that were in possession of Itachi, if using Kotoamatsukami was so easy than Danzo would've been able to gain possession of Shisui's Eyes
