Totsuka Sword: Kabuto would easily dodge it in his Sage Mode
Amaterasu: Oral Rebirth or dodge it
Tsukuyomi: Genjutsu didn't work on Kabuto while he was in Sage Mode

As for Izanami, Itachi could've never used it if Sasuke wasn't there.
