There's one full blooded Uchiha, and zero full blooded Senju and Uzumaki.

Naruto is only half, Tsunade is quarter/half Uzumaki/Senju, Himawari/Boruto are quarter and Sarada is only half Uchiha.

Isn't Sasuke half as well. Fugaku is definitely Uchiha but Mikoto hasn't shown any Uchiha feats more so the Sharingan. For all we know she could have been brought into the Uchiha Clan by marrying her husband similar to Sakura, which means your math might be wrong, but idk.
