Just curious which jutsu can Boruto use without the bracelet? I know Boruto can use Shadow clone jutsu and is really good at throwing kunais which takes skills.

Can Boruto use Rasengan without the bracelet? If Boruto can then that is a huge feat especially the disappearing Rasengan which is something Naruto has never done.
