Full health Itachi or 9tail Naruto VS 3rd Reikage

kk, so ive actually been wondering about this.

Would itachi with full health be able to take out the 3rd reikage? why and why not?


If not itachi, would 9tail naruto be able to?
Only reason i put naruto in here (even though ive seen his Rshuriken has no effect of 3rd reikage) is because i would think that naruto would wear him down in sage mode, then kyuubi form. Why or why not would naruto win/lose?
