zabuza, haku and utakata are all water users that could have possibly usen jutsu such as the Hidden mist jutsu, the rampaging water and water wave. Suiton is weak against Earth, strong against fire and makes a powerful combo when mixed with lightning.

Suiton is a element nature that ninjas use allowing them to create and use water around them to defend themselves and attack enemy shinobi and the full name of the jutsu are water release: rampaging water and wind enhanced water wave.

Water is very important to all life. While people can survive 2 weeks without food they could not stand 2 weeks without water. Water can be used in defense against jutsu based on fire(you could put out the fire), Lightning(water can conduct lightning), water (they would cancel out) and wind(the water could turn to ice and stop the wind)and Earth(you could use so much water the earth turns to mud).Also with attack you could easily decapitate somebody with concentrated water, combine water with the lightning element and you could also drown somebody from nonstop amounts water.
Yes, you can drown someone with huge amount of water and due to our chakra is added into the water it became much more deadly as the pressure can cause huge impact onto your target therefore causing him inner damage or even broken bones.

*I start Concentrating my chakra to the soles my feet. Then i even out the proportions of the chakra on the soles of my feet making an even layer of chakra on my soles. Then i walk to the the waterfall and start to concentrate more of my chakra to my legs evenly. Finally i sit down and start to meditate while continuing to provide chakra to my legs so i stay afloat.*
