Last of the A-ranks, so I'll post all three here.
Kinda tough to pull off, since you need to obtain the summoners blood and touch the summon you are dispelling. For the effort, you may as well attempt to do enough damage to force the summon to disperse. The main advantage to this seal is, as long as you can pull it off, it's a guaranteed way to dispel a summon.
If you learn the Advanced Fuuinjutsu seals, you'll be able to use this seal indefinitely, otherwise you are stuck to the limited uses.
So this uses a tag to generate the electric pulse to restrict your target. The tag can be removed, by overpowering it/burning it off but you'd be unable to simply rip it off. This doesn't have a determined speed reduction in terms of the speed chart, so for the mean time you'd have to only work with them being reduced to using up to B-rank tai.
Again, having Advanced Fuuin will make this seal much more effective, requiring someone to release the effects, else it'll remain indefinitely.
This is what the Sound Four used to trap the Third Hokage in that fight with Orochimaru in the original series. Either used with four allies that are able to use Fuuinjutsu, or four clones. I think the jutsu explains the rest well enough.
No buff for having Advanced Fuuinjutsu with this barrier xD

The casters can add a secondary barrier outside to prevent them from being attacked by enemies on the outside of the square; although by doing so, they are unable to attack as well. Each barrier can sustain any A-Rank technique.

Agreed on the contract seal, its probably easier to just take down the summon rather than attempt to get close enough to dispel it.
With the muscle restriction, does it require someone else to remove the sealing tag, or is the target able to do it themselves by simply ripping it off or using a technique to remove it from their skin?
Just for clarification, each secondary barrier generated around a clone, or other individual that's maintaining the barrier, has A-Rank strength?

Some seals/tags can be simply ripped off, in those instances they will state that in the description. This one, you either have to destroy the tag, use a seal removal/destruction counter-seal or have someone else do it.
Yes, each secondary barrier has an A-rank strength to it, however once someone destroys one of the main walls, the remainder and the secondary barriers will also fall.

This places a seal on the ground that requires no further effort on your part to sustain, it won't effect you since your chakra will be written into the seal, thus it won't recognise you as an enemy. This won't stop an enemies passives, like a mode or transformation as they don't require moulding of chakra or active control, but if they are mid-rasengan; it will dissipate.
This is what Danzo had on Sai's tongue, to prevent him from revealing too much information about Danzo and the Anbu Root. There might be a way to make it useful in combat, like having certain words trigger the seal that you think your opponent might say. Up to you how it's used really.

The seal stays so long as the ground (medium) it was placed on remains intact. It is also designed to only take chakra from people or summons, so it won't have any effect on jutsu like those.
In the case of the tongue twister seal, yes; once it is activated and you are paralysed, an S-rank full body surge would break you free.
Another tech from Danzo; upon death it seals everything within range into the this seal/users body. Taking things like implanted eyes, ninja tools, documents... enemies etc.
Similar to the muscle restriction seal, this one instead aims to increase the amount of chakra you target uses, for for turns. Again, having Advanced Fuuinjutsu allows you to place this seal permanently until it is released.

I'm assuming that the Reverse Four Symbols Sealing would bypass HP and just instantly KO the opponent?
And with the Chakra Confusion Seal, hypothetically speaking, could you place this on yourself? It states that it causes a disruption in the flow of chakra, so it has some ability to break Genjutsu?

Huh... that's actually a good question. I guess you wouldn't technically be dead, but as far as the arena or tournaments go; it'd be the same as being dead. In the WSE... it's odd. If it comes up, which I doubt it will, it will most likely be that you just take the damage. Unless you want to RP being sealed in a corpse until someone unseals you somehow?

However, instead of allies, you need a map of the target area; to help you summon the four gates in the cardinal direction, that essentially form and maintain the barrier. You can give allies a special seal so they can walk through the barrier without being harmed, a seal you will also need to carry to do the same.

I can see using Swamp of the Underworld as a good way to buy some time to pull off the Three Directions Seal. Anything to keep the opponent from interrupting you while performing it would do really.
This second technique is probably best used in the WSE, outside of battle. I don't see it being super practical whilst fighting someone.

In terms of the WSE... I don't quite know the relation between death and the fact that there is no 'true death' in the WSE, unless you RP it that way and actually kill off your bio in order to replace it in the next arc.
Even if a clone uses this and your actual body doesn't seal a target, your bio will die as the Shinigami's influence is over your soul.
There is one other F-rank seal that you can learn at Kage rank, but it requires 6 Kage ranked ninja in total to use; whether that be six allies or using the Multi-Shadow Clone Jutsu (a kinjutsu tech). Only Juubi Obito can perform it on his own and as such, you will just acquire it upon reaching that rank.

So, it's the reaper itself and he won't be deterred by much. I would say an aggressive action like Chidori Nagashi would stop the reaper for a moment (as well as potentially stunning the host, in the case of a clone, that clone will disperse) to allow you the time to back up. I'm unaware of any armour that can prevent it, but I'm sure it would have to be an advanced customs, possibly a fuuinjutsu that specifically targets the reaper... or spiritual attacks.
Adding to that, like I said you can hinder the reaper, meaning he is susceptible to some attack; but it won't disperse him or outright stop him. For that, you need to target the Medium/Vessel (one of the six components) of the seal, which is either a clone or your opponent true.
