Fugaku's Power and Why Itachi Didn't Take His Eyes

How strong do you think Sasuke's and Itachi's father is considering the fact that he had the Mangekyo Sharingan and that he was the only member of the clan that itachi said he couldn't defeat? Considering these factors as well as the fact that Itachi was perhaps the strongest Uchiha since Madara and perhaps Fugaku, I personally think it's very possible that he may have been close to Kage level but certainly above anbu or special Jonin. But anyway i wish we could have seen him in action...

Also knowing he had the MS why wouldn't Itachi have taken his eyes as a spare in case he went blind? I mean you could say he was distraught, but then why would he stay to threaten Danzo? Itachi could have had EMS and Sasuke's eyes would have been op af even before he got the Rennigan...

Itachi didn't take his father's eyes because he wanted Sasuke to take his own. Itachi planned everything before he wiped out the Uchiha Clan. He's that much of a prodigy, a straight genius.

It just said close blood relation it wasn't stated to be necessary for it to be a sibling.

Also it wasn't stated to be transmigrant exclusive, yes that's all we saw but it wasn't stated explicitly in the manga.

Only people to have ever awakened EMS were transmigrants, both used the eyes of their siblings, the point of EMS is to grant the ability to use the Mangekyo's full power without blindness like Indra did, logically it would only work on transmigrants.

Im not sure the person's eyes you take have to have MS anyway. I just thought they had to awaken Sharingan. Itachi threatened to take Sasuke's and he only had 3T, though he was only bluffing.

Itachi mentioned Uchiha killing their siblings in an attempt to gain MS and EMS, it only worked on Madara and Sasuke, furthermore EMS grants you the ability to use Susano'o to its fullest extent which is Indra's feat. Only transmigrants should be able to perform Indra's feats.

Well, the whole MS -> EMS thing (and a lot of things) became "illogical" when transmigration was introduced, it seems there's destiny in Naruto making it look like no matter what happened Sasuke and Madara would have ended with EMS cos they were Indra's transmigrants.
