most of that sounds like garbage to me mate. and i think ur going off on one...
with regards to the phrase "attack is the best form off defence"... its for general battle strategy not for the specifics a of a SINGULAR attack/decision.
the theory is based on the concept/ fact that you cannot forever defend. at some point you must attack in some form to gain victory but when you do you leave yourself open ...and btw every attack strategy/technique no matter how close to perfection it is. always leaves u slightly open. you referred to martial arts in ur point. well this is a karate black belt and taekwondo enthusiast telling you otherwise
chess games can be won by defending well. the winning move might be an attacking one. but the game itselfcan be won or lost by the quality of your defence
imo you cant use kisame as a general example of naruto fights due to the specifics of his sword...he attacks with it ... he gains his opp chakra... kinda obv that offense>def with kisame and that hes not going to turtle
also with regards to "As soon as he started attacking-Bee had to start moving."

that movement is called defending, its not a bad thing
"Gaara while attacking deidara did not become more vulnerable" .. err...yes he did xd ... in actual fact the whole tactic of deidara was to exploit his attack and get gaara to take in some of his explosives into his protective shell..in this case lots of defending with a single attack > loads of attacks
"Pain attacking Jiraiya did not become more vulnerable " strange i seem to remember the J-man killing of three of them when they attacked him. jiraiya also discovered pains secrets. such as them being linked eyesight and being controlled by some1 else
"A boxer who defends correctly and only attacks when defence is not required is destined to win." - thats precisely what madara has done. attacked when the moment was oportune and defended the rest of the time
