For reference, here's the submission of the fighting style.
(Tōshō no Ken) - Frostbite Fist
Type: NinTaijutsu
Background: Inchato Yuki was a rather unskilled at taijutsu, preferring to fight with a sword when in a close range. When he joined Konohagakure, he observed the way that the Hyuuga clan members utilized their chakra to attack the bodies of their opponents in their Gentle Fist fighting style. Inchato realized that, although he could not use his chakra to shut down a body the same way a Hyuuga does, he could inject ice chakra into the body of his opponents in a similar manner, causing the body of his opponents to feel varying degrees of frostbite. And thus, Frostbite Fist was created. After a long amount of study and practice, Inchato was able to master this unique fighting style, and was even capable of forcing the 'waves' to travel through the air in the most advanced techniques in the fighting style.
Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: The technique works by charging one's hands with ice chakra and striking an opponent. As the strike lands, the user forces the chakra into the opponent's body in the form of a freezing 'wave' of chakra. The tissue and organs that this wave pass through will experience various degrees of frostbite and freezing depending on the amount of chakra put into the wave. As the jutsu was inspired by the Hyuuga, the actual fighting style is quite similar to that displayed in Gentle Fist in that the user will typically attempt to make rapid, light strikes against their target. After mastery in the standard hand-to-hand style has been achieved, a user of frostbite fist is capable of forcing the waves of chakra to travel through the air a small distance before freezing the opponent, though this greatly diminishes the effects compared to a direct contact technique. Although releasing these waves through the hands is by far the most effective way to use this fighting style, true masters of the technique are capable of releasing waves from other parts of their body as well.

Although the style is derived from the Hyuga's Gentle Fist Style, the two are quite different. Rather than usage of byakugan to find and target chakra points in order to close them, thus damaging the victim's internal body systems as the Gentle Fist users do, the Frostbite Fist users apply their chakra waves in a more direct and simple manner. Simply put, Frostbite Fist has nothing to do with the Chakra Points of the opponent. Rather, Frostbite Fist targets the muscles, flesh, and blood of the section of the body that the user chose to strike.
Example Techniques:

Additional effects and Restrictions:
To learn Frostbite Fist, one must be a member of the Yuki clan, and have already mastered Ice.
Frostbite Fist users tend to be quicker and more agile with their movements than standard strong style taijutsu users, though they lack some of the physical strength and power that a strong style user possesses.
Frosstbite Fist users have an increased resistance to cold due to the amount of time that they have spent practicing working with and producing freezing effects.

Inch, our loyal member, gave on the 04-09-2013 a request for a Patent on custom fighting style (Tōshō no Ken) - Frostbite Fist. I, Vincent of the Custom Fighting Style Bureau, by the power invested in me by Caliburn, after reading the submission, have decided that the submitted style satisfies all requirements, and am therefore giving him rightfully earned patent on this style by the following;

Each of these jutsu are far more dangerous than their natural counterpart. In regular cases of frostbite, it is typically your extremities that will suffer from frostbite. With Frostbite Fist, however, you're able to focus the chakra waves and freeze whatever you can touch. That said it will obviously be imperative when aiming for a kill with this technique that you aim for body parts that don't normally get frostbite.

The human body is meant to function at a certain temperature, and while it can continue to function normally if only a portion of skin is frozen, freezing the nerves, blood vessels and muscles can prove to be far more problematic. In this manner you need to be incredibly precise when choosing your targets for Frost Bite Fist. In truth, my CFS submission probably should have provided more detail on the subject. All of the small body parts are going to be attacked in a different way whenever you use this.

All of frost bite fists' customs are an instant process. The chakra waves are instantly lowering the cells that they touch to a dangerously low temperature. The body doesn't have time to 'prepare' for the coldness as it normally does. Normally blood vessels would have time to constrict, preserving their warmth slightly. This however will not be the case. The blood and blood vessels will freeze instantly, preventing anymore blood from passing through this location. The cells themselves will rupture as the fluids that they contain are frozen and expand.

Frostbite fist can also very easily lead to hypothermia. Hypothermia occurs whenever the body temperature of a person is lowered by just a few degrees. Obviously instantly freezing even a small portion of someone's body can have disastrous effects on body temperature. The closer that you strike towards a targets body center, the more likely it is to lower their total body temperature.

But don't get me wrong, frostnip and frostsnap aren't going to be lethal no matter how you spin it. Frostbite is the real danger.

I'm not going to be able to fit all the information on this that I want to in one posts, or even a number of posts. This is just the tip of the iceberg on the effects of this cfs. I strongly, strongly encourage that you take the time to research the effects that the actual ailment has so that you understand properly the best way to use this fighting style.

Before we start with the jutsu, please provide an analysis/description of both frostbite itself and the cfs as a whole. Include any information that you feel is relevant.

Let's see.. after reading through what frostbite is in the real world this is what I've come up with;

Frostbite begins to occur when your body is exposed to temperatures of minus 15 degrees celcius or lower upon which the blood vessels begin to narrow to preserve heat in the body so that vital body parts remain on a safe temperature, however due to the narrowing of the vessels blood flows at a much slower pace through your body and thus lengthy exposure to such lower temperatures will be dangerous and can cause serious internal damage.

Now, that is only the tip of the iceberg when talking about frostbite as at colder temperatures or lengthy exposure to cold the moisture in your body actually starts to freeze forming ice crystals internally damaging and killing off your cells. This mostly occurs to body parts that would be the least protected when in a cold environment such as your ears, nose, fingers and toes.

Now, how I see it in the Narutoverse is what actually appeals to me due to it's similairity to Gentle Fist being a longtime Hyuuga and all. By striking the opponent on vital body parts injecting them with freezing chakra you can freeze them internally. In the best case scenario it would be the quickest to strike your opponent in the heart area freezing their heart and the surrounding blood vessels which stops the blood flow to their hearts thus eventually killing them. Other places that can be quite useful to strike an opponent is either of their arms, preferably around their lower arms/wrist. By freezing it internally it's likely you will also strike their median nerve which regulates the arm's motor skills and thus making it harder for the opponent to move their arms, perhaps a way to counter an incoming strike. Another vital part would be the solar plexus, located roughly in the center of one's upper body and although a normal punch to said area would already result in difficulty with breathing actually freezing it, thus damaging the tissue and such would cause lengthy damage and thus make it hard for the opponent to breath for a longer period of time.

I dunno, I would just love to use this in CQC like I use gentle fist though this appears to have potential to be alot stronger, minus the chakra point aspect that is.

Good good. It's also worth mentioning that frostbite tends to cause infection extremely easily. As for its relation to Gentle Fist, I'd say that fbf is stronger in terms of the harm that it causes, though because of the Byakugan's power, Gentle Fist holds certain advantages over it.

Next:
(Tōshō no Ken: Furosutonippu)-Frostbite Fist: Frostnip
Type: Offensive
Rank: B
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 25
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user will gather and focus ice chakra into their fists and quickly strike at a target with a series of open palmed attacks, similar to the way one would attack when using Gentle Fist. Much like the Gentle Fist, the movements of this technique focus on speed rather than strength, and as such, they tend to be quite quick. As they make contact with the target, the user will push an amount of ice chakra into the target's body in the form of a cold 'wave.' The wave will be about the size of the user's fist. This wave of chakra rapidly freezes the tissues of the surface skin in the area that the punched. The result of the skin being frozen is initially itching and considerable pain, however, after a full turn of feeling pain, the afflicted area will go numb, which can make using this body part to fight difficult. After four turns of numbness, the skin and tissues thaw, allowing the body part to function normally once more.
Note: A maximum of three touches can be performed per time this jutsu is used.
Note: Punching the same location multiple times will yield no additional affect.
Note: Can only be used by Frostbite Fist Users.

Analyze it and provide examples of what will happen when you use this on different body parts.

Pretty basic, just like with Gentle Fist tap your opponent with an open palm and then, however, instead of raw chakra this technique works with ice chakra, sending it into the opponents body with a quick burst basically freezing tissue of the surface skin. Does this however only affect a target externally/on the surface of the skin not actually internally like freezing organic tissue? Either way, I suppose that if you were to use this on a joint area, such as the armpit or inner side of the elbow it would make it difficult for the opponent to move those limbs properly giving you a major advantage in close combat. I suppose it could be used on the eyes possibly blinding them and I think that wouldn't simply wear off xD

Precisely. And yes, this is only going to have significant effects on the surface of your opponents skin. It's really going to be best served to strike at an opponents hands, as making handseals/gripping things/using your hands in general with any skin being frozen is exceptionally difficult. The trick is striking at hands when in vulnerable positions, ie kenjutsu and taijutsu users mid attack. Don't forget that fbf grants you enhanced agility, which imo compensates for the lack of Byakugan.

Next up:

As they make contact with the target, the user will push an amount of ice chakra into the target's body in the form of a cold 'wave.' The wave will be about the size of the user's fist. This wave is more powerful than the one used in Frostbite Fist: Frostnip. The area that this wave passes through will have its tissues within the surface skin will be frozen, as well as some of the deeper tissues. As a result, there will be greater pain than there was in Frostnip. In addition to this pain, the skin is frozen and hardens. After a full turn of dealing with this pain, the location will become numb, making usage of the body part difficult. Two turns after this jutsu was used, the skin hit will form painful black blisters, although, the target will be unable to feel the pain until the numbness wears off. After four turns of numbness, the skin will thaw, and the target will be inflicted with great pain due to the blisters.

Same thing please.

Hmm.. looks quite similair to the previous one aside from the fact that this one also affects deeper tissue, perhaps able to actually push the wave through to freeze nerves and like part of an organ directly infront of the wave? What makes this alot better though seems to be that it doesn't simply cause a temporary freeze but after the numbness will actually inflict more pain. I suppose it's best to use this technique on the opponent's hands, preferably their palms as it would cause quite some trouble for them to make handseals then, not just during the numbness but also afterwards due to the pain inflicted by the blisters.

More or less, yes. As this one has further penetration, you can aim closer to the opponent's core and still have a larger effect. Shoulders, for example, are a good target, though a hand would work just as well.

Unfortunately, these last two jutsu are more or less invalidated by the final one as it's just a fart superior version. Whenever I made these originally, there were no limits on jutsu in a fighting style. t.t

Because of this, the skin in this area will turn hard and feel waxy, and the body part will become temporarily unusable, and the user will lose all feeling in said body part. After two turns, the afflicted area will form large purple blisters where the wave originally passed through. After three turns of being unable to use said body part, the target will once more be able to use it, though they will feel an extreme amount of pain in the inside of the afflicted area due to the freezing, though they will still have no feeling on the outside sections of the body part. Unless the target is treated by a medical ninja, they will have loss of feeling in the afflicted area due to nerve damage for the rest of the fight.
Note: A maximum of one touch can be used per time this jutsu is used.
Note: Can only be used by Frostbite Fist users.
Note: The user will be unable to perform any Frostbite Fist jutsu for the following turn.
Note: No A rank or above ice ninjutsu the following turn.
Note: Can only be used twice.

Do the same thing you did for the last two. z.z

Waoh, this one indeed makes the other two seem pointless xD hmm.. striking the opponent in the heart with it would probably be instant kill u-u but yeah, this one would be pretty awesome to use on any of the opponent's limb just to see them try and fight while one of their limbs is completely useless. Pretty much the same as the other two only lots stronger so.. not much else to add xD
