Don't underestimate Uchiha. Yes, "an UCHIHA." Meaning there is only one left so he is the only one who can break out of an Uchiha's genjutsu unless you have a tailed beast or high chakra control.

Just because the frog song wasn't shown a lot doesn't mean it doesn't have a weakness or a breaking point. Plus they can't use it that long. Frog song still solo's only because its a downgrade for Itachi

I say Frog Song. Tsukuyomi is limited to eye contact, Frog Song can hit multiple targets over a larger range than Tsukuyomi.

All the scans i provided 1-10 show the frog tech first taking place to the moment where it finally takes effect, it simply takes too long. One could argue it longer because it was being used on more than one enemy which seems plausible but thats merely an assumption. Manga shows the frog simply taking too long.


It's true Tysukuyomi can be broken but does that matter? 1 second in tysukuyomi can be 3 hours of getting stabbed. Tysukuyomi being able to get broken is not relevant here as in the end the victim will still fall to the after effect of tysukuyomi. Frog leaves the user vulnerable and takes too long to prep.

I didn't say sensors were immune. if they were kabuto wouldn't have covered his eyes. What I meant was avoid which is different. Kabuto showed that he can avoid genjutus by sealing vision and using sensory skill to follow them.

Tsukuyomi can also catch multiple opponents if they will all look into Itachi's eyes, so Asuma and Kurenai would have been along with Kakashi. Audio based Genjutsus are also simply countered with mere Fuuton, as proved by Temari who blew Tayuya's sound away. Shikamaru also freed himself by causing pain to himself, as Genjutsu in the end stays Genjutsu.

Tsukuyomi has a heavier impact at one individual. Tsukuyomi is cast with one contact and can adopt magnitudes where you are left mentally destroyed in hospital for weeks without further hope of recovery. I believe in magnitudes of Tsukuyomi which could kill you. As this technique is instant, partner tactics won't gonna work, neither your partner nor your Bijuu could free you from it while they could in the case of you being trapped into a sound Genjutsu. There is also the fact that if you avoid eye contact for the matter of Tsukuyomi, you are put into the disadvantage of the inability of fully concentrating on the target, giving him more openings. As long as you are not like Kabuto, who can block his vision while using the distinct sensing and perceptual ability of the Sage Mode, simple sensing skills will not allow you to actively fight an Uchiha with closed eyes.

Tsukuyomi > Frog Song.
