Frieze = Beerus?

When goku went into sayain god mode it was stated beerus had to use nearly 70% of his power so when goku becomes a sayian beyond god he could still push beerus close to 70%. So when he goes into super sayian god super sayian its been stated that if vegeta and goku teamed up they could beat beerus even individually i this form they could give him a hard time. If frieze is superior to super sayian god super sayian wouldn't that mean he could fight beerus?

SSG is 100% god power
whereas SSGSS is 25-35% god power + rest SSJ power

This makes me think, maybe goku needs to go ss in order to access the latent energy of ssg in his body, so ssgss is just him going ss w/o sprit transfer from 5 saiyans.

This isn't the first either, Gohan after Kai awakening no longer needed to go ss in order to access his potential, but unlike him Goku not being a diety by birth or some other reason needs ss form to use the the ssg power in his body.

Edit: Hell goku even said that "he learned to access the power of ssg on his own" when he first transformed in front of freiza.

He can't sense beerus and Only lost to vegeta cause he was tired
I see frieza around 90% beerus in golden form

Frieza was a match for SSG Goku, albeit the difference in strength grew dramatically as the battle went on. I doubt Goku is on Beerus' level yet, especially considering Akira Toriyama said in an interview specifically that Frieza could never beat Beerus. If Frieza is still able to give Goku a challenge, that'd imply both are inferior to Beerus still.
