you did it before my last jutsu... you should've do like while the water was falling on me (which is after I used my jutsus) I use: ??? : ??? so I escape the water and then I use: ???:??? to attack you, etc... I think you understand the point?

to break away the earth dragon bombs

• Descripton: Creates a down pour of oil rain from the sky that is flameable and can be used with fire jutsu or any source of flame to ignite the oil.
