(Kirigakure No Jutsu)-Hidden Mist Jutsu
Type:Supplementary
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra cost:10
Damage Points:N/A
Descripton: Covers area in a mist that can be thick.
Combined with
Hidden Mist Eye Sight Deprevation
Type:Supplementary
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra cost:15(-3 each turn to keep it active)
Damage Points:N/A
Descripton:Using the hidden mist jutsu the user reflects the natural light an a way that it blinds there opponent tempoaraly aslong as the opponent is in the mist.
Note:Must have already used hidden mist jutsu
then attack from the mist with
Water style: Swarming rats

Description: Using water you can make 20 rats and swarm the enemy as an attack

• Descripton:Sends a charge intoo the sky that then call down a bolt of lightning from the sky to strike opponent
as ur in mist .. and mist is of water vapours u r shocked
then to avoid ur rats i use
(Suiton:Mizu Kawarimi)-Water Style:Water Replacement ( DONE )

OK u can see through the mist but ur sharingan does not act as sunglasses so u still cant see through the glare. so my attack still hits.
As u are in the mist 2 if ur attack did what u say it kills both us
and u cant say u dodge it somehow u hav2 describe how u dodged it
